I get a ssp scholarship 19600 per year and so many students have got the very well and good package
Faculty are good and knowlege people, and also teaching is good and ready to help any time, also take care of each student and also they ready to help any time and also give good imformation about industry
Yes, we got good experience in our college campus life.they held good technical festivals like ethical hacking, many hacking, awareness of voting.

Dislikes

My college is too boring there are no activities no fest not sports nothing.
I was actually little disappointed because i didn't get any campus placement
The hostel food is not good and there is no more items in their menu

Life at JKSHIM

The teaching facility at JKSHIM is very unique. They dont follow typical text book method. Here they will allow us to experiment with outside world. we will be given projects where we go to industry and learn things from the owners and workers there.
Such experience helps students to understand the reality of business world and it will be memorable and students can follow guidelines and they can also come up with new ideas and request the company owners to implement the ideas. so this task used
to help both the business owners and students. Students were made to explore to real world problems and they had to come up with proper solutions

Dislikes

Lots of hectic projects and internals were given to students at the same time. This was done so that students should get used to corporate world. But it was very hectic to handle all the things at same time
There was MCQ exam for Accountancy which was very difficult to go through. We were suppose to maintain 85% of our leaves and there was no study leave provides prior to the final exams

Placement Experience:

I was in a unluck batch where there where only 4 banks that came up for campus selection. All 4 banks considered students to sell insurance. only 40% of the people were selected in my batch. Students will be eligible for placement only in second year. companies like HDFC, ICIC, Kotak and Grant Thorton were the compaines visited. The highest package offered was 4LPA. I was not selected in placement, hence I decided to look a job outside.I got a job at LSEG as a Research Analyst

Faculty interaction with students not everyone but some
Teaching , they teach so good . Yes .
Idk about placements but seniors say that for aiml students placement is rare

Dislikes

No functions no programs at all once in two years there'll be fest that's it
Fees , they took 5000 for sem exams , and 4000 for uniform which looks like security guard dress
I don't like that aiml students don't get placement

My college contains garden full of flowers and trees which gives nice and positive vibe.
Faculties are very Friendly and supportive .
In our campus we have srinivas temple, yoga kendra, meditation room and all so it is very useful for us.

Dislikes

Lab equipments are not proper most of the time
Lack of computers and some times classroom also.
Canteen foods are expensive and not that teasty

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate seven out of ten. Overall good. I think college need to improve lab , Infrastructure and also classroom. I choose computer science because of my interest. My friend suggested this college. After coming to this college I am happy that in my college there is on srinivas temple and meditation rooms i am happy for that.

The good things about the college is that it has a very big amd well planned campus with good infrastructure. The college is surrounded by trees making it a peaceful and relaxing place to be and study.
The faculty is good i wouldn't say best but yes they are good in what they do needs improvement.
The social life in the campus is good the senior treat the Juniors very nicely they are helpful and there is absolutely no ragging in the college

Dislikes

Poor classrooms. No proper lighting. Unprofessional electronics department
No dedicated sports time for students. Very hectic schedules.
Lack of communication between teacher and student.

Placement Experience:

The placements will begon from 7 semister. The big companirs lile amazon, philips, tech mahindra, bosch etc offer placemetns here last year the highest package was 12 LPA given by amazon to a student. The oercentage of students getting placements is around 75%. My plans after degree is start my own business i dont like working under people.

Well usually the crowd is pretty good, with people coming in from different states and culture. Overall the crowd be it the peers or the seniors are good, approachable and helpful.
The location is again not bad, it is in the city so that people can go outside and maybe even enjoy the life in Bangalore.
The infrastructure is again decent although it's not a huge campus but has a lot of trees and greenery. Overall decent and even new buildings were getting constructed while I was in the college. Overall decent if not great. At least not bad.

Dislikes

I was living in the INDIAN HOSTEL which was a 4 sharing hostel. It is pathetic with crazy warden. These people are abusive, greedy (being a small word for them). They verbally abuse students and financially put fines for as little things possible.
The faculty is not great. Except few decent and helpful teachers rest of them are neither helpful not great at their work. Many good teachers in the faculty even left the college while I was studying in the college with multiple changes within a sem.
The administrative staffs are goons. They are incompetent, they forge signature, commit frauds. They harass students, keep on delaying their work, have abusive and non helpful nature. People in govt. offices are better than them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In order to be ready to get a great job, the college and its curriculum is not at all helpful. Most of the students even from other majors are at the end of the day getting job in a coding or computer based company. When it comes to CSE, most of the students were dependent on other platforms to learn DSA, and add other skills of the the domain they wanted to get into. SO IN SHORT THE COLLEGE WILL ONLY BE PROVIDING YOU THE DEGREE WHICH WONT LAND YOU THE JOB YOU WOULD WANT. SO BE READY TO TAKE UP MULTIPLE COURSES ONLINE, LEARN FROM DIFFERENT PLATFORMS ONLINE ON YOUR OWN.

I am grateful to be a part of SIT , where the academic environment fosters growth, creativity, and innovation.I proud to say that our college naac grade is A
All most all the Faculties are so friendly and highly knowledgeable and always ready to assist, guiding us towards success in both our academic and personal endeavours.
One of the best thing is we have Srinivas temple inside our college campuses so we fell very positive environment,and also college provides soft skills training and skill lab facilities to improve our knowledge.

Dislikes

Our college is good but not the best in some fields like Infrastructure,in particular,falls short of expectations.
In Canteen the food quality is ok ok but the prices are exorbitantly high and teast also not good
In our college there no night functions and all , They won't give permission for that .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose Computer Science as my branch because personal I had interested in it during my PUC .So I choose Computer Science in by B.tech ,and also computer Science is one of the beach which always have high scope. This course includes a mix of theoretical and practical knowledge.It include so many coding languages like C,C++,JAVA , PYTHON,OPERTING SYSTEM ,UNIX ,R-PROGRAMING ext. Actually this course is improved a lot but we can improve automation and other technical events. The frequency and timing of exam is sufficient for 50 marks paper they will give 2 hours and also difficulty level is midium.
