Entertainments provided in the campus is quite good, provides relaxation in this stressfull period
Faculty members are very good behaviour and experienced .they are intract with students very well.so easily teach portions.also doing works and assignments easily because of the way of study.very good work and sincere members.
The course fee is25380 per year .there is many scholarship available for financial support like mcm e grand .

Dislikes

I dont like some teachers who always come to scrollevery one and bad at teaching
We are staying at the oldest hostel here.the facilities provided are very poor and talking about food it is okayish.we are staying 6 members in a room with limited facilities to stdy and all.
All trees in the campus were cut ,that is cause very much trouble

St Joseph's college of pharmacy cherthala

Likes

Studying atmosphere is good and the treachers are so cooperative.
Cultural and sports activities are included
Recently our college has naac B++ acredited

Dislikes

Playground is not well developed and it should be improved

Course Curriculum Overview:

Pharmacy is a well paid profession. It has lots of opportunities in india as well as outside india. As this course is semester base ,there is no such burden. Our curriculum mainly focus on the pharmacy related topics, its formulation, manufacturing methods, manufacture, evaluation etc. Our current syllabus mainly focus on pharmaceutical industrial based.

Between heaven and hell

College ambience is nice. We have got a NSS garden here, we used to go and sit there during night time and it gave us many memories.
Compared to other Government medical College hostels we have got a very good hostel facilities and academic block.
Since the number of children admitted in every batch is less compared to other colleges, there is a good connection between teachers and students.

Dislikes

Sometimes we face shortage of faculties in our college.
Not that much importance is given for sports
Compared to other colleges we don't have a large campus.

The curriculum is affiliated with Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) Pre-Clinical Departments: Anatomy, Biochemistry, and Physiology Para-Clinical Departments: Community Medicine, Forensic, Microbiology, Pathology, and Pharmacology Clinical Departments: Anaesthesiology, Dermatology, ENT, Medicine, Surgery, OBG, OMFS, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Radiology, and Respiratory Medicine the curriculum is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to become competent medical professionals.

My College

Likes

Good exposure to patients and cases since this area is thickly populated
The food in Manjeri is really good especially non veg.
There are good programmes in college for recreation.

Dislikes

Infrastructure facilities are very poor.
Very less recreative space to chill with friends.
Less tourist spots nearby to visit on holidays

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to be a doctor, so i chose this course. We are following CBME curriculum ie, competency based medical education.My suggestion is to give more emphasis to practcal sessions than theory sessions.

One of the best medical college in Kerala

There is a garden in our college where we can sit for hours and talk with our friends
There is a new auditorium under construction
Students can go outside even after 10 pm after writing in the register

Dislikes

The campus is very small compared to other medical colleges
Faculty shortage is there in our college
Clinical lecture halls are also in shortage

Likes

Good faculties and academics is nice and they teach us well
As it is the most populated district in Kerala the patient exposure in high in clinics
The college environment is very nice and there are a lot of foodspots nere college

Dislikes

There is sometimes shortage of faculties
Inadequate lecture halls in the clinical side
Long hours of class and academics is sometimes tiring

This college is offering us such an vibrant campus life along with giving more importance to academics due to which our college emerged us KUHS Toppers in first year university exams this year
Faculties are so good that they provide us both clinical and theory knowledge at the same time
Since the college is located in malappuram district, the district with huge population, we have loads of patients offering us patient exposure helping us to learn different diseases

Dislikes

There is always faculty shortage issue facing at our college
Infrastructure is less promising when compared to other medical colleges in kerala
Due to Interbatch competitions every year,there is no much connections between seniors and juniors like that i expected

It is so nice to build a doctor patient relationship to help others and being empathetic to people as a clinician. Exams are frequent enough providing us much time to study and having vacations considering the course pattern

The college has good infrastructure and facilities of the college meet my expectations
The college has NACC accreditation and kuhs accreditation
The college has rain water harvesting system and biogas plant

The college sports ground has to be developed a little more

Master is pharmaceutics offer a wide range of job opportunities in pharmaceutical industry and can also turn to teaching profession. The exams are conducted semester wise. For each semester there is 2 internal exam conducted in 30 mark. The total internal assessment is done in 25 marks.

Manjeri medical college

Affordable course- the fees is very small compared to private colleges
There is no time restriction for entering the hostel
Patient exposure is high in this hospital,which is good for clinical knowledge

Dislikes

The faculties are inadequate, many post are vacant
Clinical lecturer halls are less . Space for clinical learning is little
Extracurricular activities are not upto the mark , no proper ground

Though college is good but lack of good infrastructure

College is academically good, good teachers, helpful teachers.
Very qualified teachers, teach all theory part and application level
The college programmes are very interesting and enjoyable like college day, union day, and nss programs

Dislikes

Very poor infrastructure, both surrounding, environment and internal structure are very bad
My college life and hostel life is very bad and sad, frends circle also poor, i think its a worst period
Less number of patients in hospital inpatient ward, difficult to study.

Actually i accidentally got admission in this college in neet admission. After joining am going with flow, with less interest. But after joining the college, i realize the scope of homoeopathy is vast and it cure many disorders. We need improvement in the infrastructure of college like labs, etc.
