Entertainments provided in the campus is quite good, provides relaxation in this stressfull period
Faculty members are very good behaviour and experienced .they are intract with students very well.so easily teach portions.also doing works and assignments easily because of the way of study.very good work and sincere members.
The course fee is25380 per year .there is many scholarship available for financial support like mcm e grand .

Dislikes

I dont like some teachers who always come to scrollevery one and bad at teaching
We are staying at the oldest hostel here.the facilities provided are very poor and talking about food it is okayish.we are staying 6 members in a room with limited facilities to stdy and all.
All trees in the campus were cut ,that is cause very much trouble

The beauty of college life

Likes

Good infrastructure and good learning facilities
My college provides good campus lifes. Also provides exellent academic facilities
My college is a reputed college, also the college is famous for health care

Dislikes

All courses in my collage have more girls. Boys girls ratio is not correct
Girls have less freedome in the collage and hostels
The collage must be hire more facuilties for the good academic performances

The course carriculum is very exellent. It will helps a lot for my better future the course carriculum influences me a lot for make good decisions in my collage life. It provides good academic carrier for me. The exams sheduled in the course carriculum is very good. Year wise examinations are good for better studying

Likes

The campus and college facility is good.
Lab facilities and equipment occupancy is sufficient
The teaching staff and all other faculties of the college have very good behavior and so helpful. They are good on their assigned duties

Dislikes

College dont have a proper auditorium to conduct program
There is no college bus for pharmacy college
College must provide college placements for graduate students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Relevance of Pharmacy in medical field is unpredictable. Because to treat a disease condition medicine support is necessary. A registered pharmacist is one who compound and dispense medicine to patient. The also participate in formulation process in pharmaceutical industries. The syllabus cover almost all area of pharmacy. One of my suggestion is to include hospital training hours.

Faculties are well qualified and supportive.
Most modern laboratory facility with all equipments with latest technology latest
Arts and Cultural fests are celebrated very well.

Dislikes

Irregular Exam timings and late result publication.
No wifi and internet facility is provided in classrooms.
Lack of amenities like college auditorium.

Course Curriculum Overview:

After the completion of the diploma course we can enter into the second year of The Bachelors in Pharmacy via the lateral entry. After that one can pursue Masters in Pharmacology or do an MBA and get into any Pharmaceutical Industry. Practical exams are conducted for all subjects except for Law and ethics and is carried out in the college laboratory for two years.

Experienced faculty- professors and doctors who inspire and guide you with their expertise
Hands on learning- practical exposure through clinical rotations, labs or case discussions
Diverse specialities- Opportunities to explore different branches of medicine early on

Dislikes

Heavy workload- the intense syllabus and long hours of study and clinical rotations
Outdated technology- lack of modern teaching tools and simulation centres
Strict rules- excessively rigid rules that hinder personal freedom

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very volatile and undergoes changes very often. Some changes might be useful while the others are very useless. Most of the board members donot understand the plight of the students as they are from a different generation.

Conduct many cultural programs for encourage the students
Collage has many facilities for each department
Our collage has a big garden which is well decarated best place for spend time

Collage is crowded because of number of patients and bystanders
Collage is more kilometers away from my home
Have to walk too much to go from one department to other

My course has 12 exams in 4 years. First year has a 6 papers - Anatomy, physiology, pathology, nursing and biostatistics, biochemistry, microbiology.2nd year has 4 papers- anatomy and physiology, renal disease, microbiology and pathology, pharmacology 3rd year has 2 papers

Likes

Campus and infrastructure are excellent.
Staff and facilities are very friendly and approachable
Good clinical exposure for students on every department

Dislikes

No stipend is provided on internship is the major drawback
Lack of permanent faculty in several department.
Prolonged posting hours without any stipend

The coming age scenario of ophthalmic diseases requires latest technologies and knowledgeful health care providers in the society.In this scenario Bsc Optometry graduates are required in the field of diagnosis, treatment, management of ophthalmic patients.

The campus where I building my career

Likes

I like our faculties very well.There are so many very well trained faculties in our college.There are very friendly and all are well educated and trained.Each and everyone is very supportive also they all helps for students as they can do.
I like our college rules and actions.There is much freedom in our college expect other nursing colleges.Management as well as prinicipal are very friendly and they help us in everything.And they also take strict punishments against punishable offense
I like our colleges infrastructure.There is facilitated class rooms as well as labs like foundation lab,adult health nursing lab,computer lab,pediatrics lab etc.. and library for us available in all time

Dislikes

I dislike our syllabus because of semester ways class.Because of semester wise exams we are very busy throughout the semester and there is no time.
I dislike the less number of events.There is only few programmes as academic prorammes like Onam celebration,Christmas celebration,union day only.
I dislike absence of facilities in hostel.And there is no canteen in our college and it’s very disgusting.

I chose this course because of the scope nursing had on our country as well as foreign countries.There is so many vaccancy for nurses and it's one of the high salary paid job nowadays.And nursing is a job as well as a social service.

College life at MOUNT ZION

Likes

Student freedom and peaceful atmosphere overall
Very engaging and interesting campus,not so far from town
Studies are a major priority and everyone is helping

Dislikes

The amount of programs in the college is very low
Management is utterly non cooperative and money minded
The principal doesnt even know what the need of students are and wont provide basic facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

the cbme is clinically based curriculum. It focuses more on clinical aspects and helps in becoming a realistic doctor. The teaching methods are usually practical methods that involve Man to man conversations. It helps in building up your confidence, helps to improve your clinical knowledge and helps to tackle the problems that you face on the way of becoming a doctor.

Good for academics and clinics.

Likes

The college is good for academics, it has good inflow of patients due to KASP insurance which is present.
The infrastructure is old although the facilities in college are adequate for what we need during the entire course.
There is a grren turf inside the campus along with 2 basketball grounds, a badminton court and an outdoor volleyball court.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not the best, the campus includes dental and paramedical campus which covers about half of the entite campus.
The programmes provided for entertainment are markerdly low compared to other medical colleges.
The library facility is not top notch and there is no non-academic library, neither a facility where we can take books likr notmal libraries.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is adequate but tight and cumbersome for a new student. The course is challenging and only one who has real interest in medical studies can succeed in the course. The curriculum is clinics based and does best to prepare for real life situations.

Good staff and student interaction.also providing notes
The college environment is good for studying
Neat and clean classes and no need to be worried about the neatness

Dislikes

No cultural programms in the college and no such festivals
Only we will celebrate the onam and also that day you have to come to class and attend for half day
Some of the faculties are not able to teach in proper way

Placement Experience:

Yeah they will provide the assistance and also will have some college interviews in between.so its will give opportunity for making so much eqsy to get a job.also its not that much of packages but still good thing
