DIAT Pune Scholarship 2026

At the Defense Institute of Advanced Technology, all students are admitted through the GATE exam, SET exam, or a written test conducted by DIAT, making them eligible for a stipend from the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. The initial semester fee is Rs. 29,000, and subsequent semester fees are Rs.

19,000, with a CCMN counseling participation fee of Rs. 3,500. Hostel fees amount to Rs. 50,000 per semester. Scholarships are available for selected students, offering a monetary grant of Rs. 12,400 per month under the DBT scheme of AICTE during the M. Tech. course. However, these scholarships do not cover living expenses on the CU campus.
