We get government scholarships also according to our category they also ensure every student fill these forms.
It has best teaching faculty with all experienced and well qualified and best trained skill of teaching
Festivals are celebrated within surrounding with all other institutes with all enjoyment and fun.

Dislikes

The fees of hostel and mess is too high. and college ask money for every small thing
The campus is not so good and the hostels are also not so good.
The faculty to student ratio is excellent at about 1:15.the teachers are always approachable but little problem lies is that,most of them just doesnt care about academics n the syllabus they teach of their respective subject.

All about government ayurvedic colleges in Maharashtra

Likes

Fees is quite affordable , admissions is only through cap round, government provide stipend to the students under this university during their internship times , that is provided in last year . Teaching language is in hindi & english so this is good.

Dislikes

Infrastructure can be better . Add other activities in curriculum

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because this course includes study of both modern and ayurvedic medicines so this is a big advantage. We have hospital visitings so that our communication with patients can increase. This is so important for clinical aspects.

GMC NAGPUR -A MEMORABLE JOURNEY OF 5.5 YRS.

Likes

The college campus is very big i.e 196 acre. This campus give you a lot of exposure to human welfare and to enjoy greeny campus.
The faculty of gmc nagpur are really good. The faculties are very helpful throughout curriculum and also helpful during exams
In internship programe the college give a wide exposure to health sector and exposure to large number of patients to deal and treat patients

Dislikes

The college is not a ragging free campus.ragging is happens in gmc nagpur .seniors are forced to follow the rules which are continued from decade.
The college campus is not safe for girls/womens beacuse around and in campus there is chapris always grooming inside and around campus.there is lot of pan shops and bars outside campus.
The immense heat in nagpur is really not good .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The patients believe in doctors have influenced my mind to choose mbbs course . The curriculum is really helpful to face the ral word application. Curriculum helps to maintain patience and calmeness and how to handle patients. There is need to improve in clinical area and practical knowlege is important. In 3 months there will be 1 exams and their difficulty level is high.

My college story

Likes

Education is pretty good, the professors are highly educated internship opportunities are better
Hostel facilities are also available in the college campus for both boys and girls
There's no attendance regarding issue like for now but have to attend every lecture in third and fourth year

Dislikes

Hostels are not hygienic water availability problem we face everytime
College infrastructure is not well developed
College classes are small and pretty old which needs to renovate

Aspect of curriculum is that we should become a good doctor in future life we should operate patients in every condition patient life should be our first priority in our college we have two term exams and one prelims and then University exam

Review for MUHS, nashik.

Likes

Campus of the college is just heavenly, with ample of trees and pollution free environment.
Faculties here are very experienced in their fields.
1000 bed hospital is the best thing of this college which gives us exposure to maximum types of cases to learn.

Dislikes

Food here is very ok and costly too but is manageable.
Infrastructure of the classroom is quite congested.
Girl to boy ratio is 10:1 because of which boys are cornered sometimes

Placement Experience:

Since few years this college has started campus placements. Various rehabilitation and physiotherapy companies are here every year for placements. About 50 to 60 students are placed till yet. Average package of salary is 4 to 5 lakh per annum. My plans after getting degree is to open my own rehab center.

Pros and cones of the college and the campus life.

Likes

The college and campus is good but there is not much time left for the self improvement after the college.
The teaching is good form the non physiotherapy subject(subject of mbbs like pharmacy,pathology etc)
There should be more infrastructure forbsports and other activities

Dislikes

Because of college the social interaction is reduced and this well affect some what the further development
There is no specific time for the sports.
College doesn't promote the sports and make the attendace mandatory at every point

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum planed is good but there should be more practical time as we workon rehabilitation so the pratical knowledge is must.the exam should be happing every 3 to 4 months and the difficulty level should little tough so it will be compatitve .

MVPS College Of Physiotherapy

Likes

Good exposure of patients with various type of disease.
Most beneficial thing is medical College is interconnected with physiotherapy college.
Campus is very nature friendly with no pollution.

Dislikes

Faculties are not so good they don't take students that seriously.
Canteen has limited option for food and it is much coslty.
As physiotherapy college is integrated with the medical College there are limitations for celebrating events.

Placement Experience:

This is the only physiotherapy college in Maharashtra where campus placement is held. Physiotherapy firms like child rehab centre, one rehab, etc 50 of my seniors are selected for the placements. Average salary of placement is around 6 lakh.

MES AYURVED MAHAVIDYALAYA - ONE OF THE BEST AYURVEDIC COLLEGE

Likes

The teaching faculty is very best in this college.All teachers are well qualified and skilled.All lectures are taken according to timetable.Practical labs and library is very well maintained.
All staff is supporting and kind.Attached hospital is very well equipped and provides treatment to patients very well.
Classrooms are well ventilated and digitally supported.all classrooms have projectors and pc.

Dislikes

The surrounding area of the college is not well. College is in the MIDC area.which causes several problems to students as there is much pollution in this area.
Cultural and sports activities are very limited in this college.
Some facilities are not given to students such as free wifi and college bus to Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is about Ayurveda branch of the medicine. Ayurveda have deep roots in our ancestors. I have interest in the ayurveda and also in treating patients. So I choose this course because of my interest in my field.

MVP'S College of physiotherapy

Likes

Campus here is very nature friendly with plenty of trees and less polution around.
Faculties here are well educated and teaches in very interesting manner
Infrastructure of the college is pleasing and motivating

Dislikes

Disappointed with the quality of the food of mess
Hostel has low maintenance, not that clean.
Fees of hostel is much more than it should be.

Placement Experience:

During the internship, students are eligible for the degree. Companies like child rehab center and one rehab provides placement. Average salary per annum is around 6 lakhs. My plans after getting degree is to build my own hospital.

Overall one of the best colleges in Maharashtra

This college teachers are experienced & lectures were so knowledgeable
Clinical postings used to be very fulfilling & we learnt & enjoyed history taking, examination part since 2nd year .
Not just Theory but practicals were also perfectly taught I never missed practicals

Dislikes

We didn't have auditorium of college, which was under renovation
UG canteen wasn't in very good condition, PG canteen is fine

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course has been now updated in terms of relevance in the current world ( from jr batch 2019). Although methods taught in labs ( physio, biochemistry) are outdated, but the clinical part we learn during postings are so important during the final yr & after you become a doctor - the more you go through patients, the more you get better as a doctor so keep in touch with seniors, The Resident doctors - go to wards whenever a new case is admitted, take history - I emphasize on practical approach

Small life within

When it comes to college education, this college is good. All the classes are conducted properly, especially in the first year.
The campus is also nice, located in a slightly outer area, providing a peaceful and quiet environment away from the city's hustle and bustle
Classes and practicals are conducted thoroughly, and compared to other colleges, they ensure that the entire syllabus is covered before the exams.

Dislikes

There wasn't a canteen before, but now there is one. However not that good
while we, the day scholars, don't get as much opportunity. The extracurricular activities aren't very strong either
No matter how much is taught, in the end, you have to study everything on your own because you can't rely entirely on the teachers.

One who is interested in the feild of medicine will be very happy by choosing this course.as per my opinion I think it was my best choice because ayurveda is one which is made of natural ingredients and having no side effects or least. Curriculum is also well prepared allowing us to learn from basic to the best.this also teaches us how to deal with patients and also with the worlds perspective.i think some innovative ideas should be made for teaching.reading books is not only the way practical and study by fun makes you more grasp the knowledge and quickly. Group discussion, debate and role plays should be taken more than the classes . Non lectures are must to relate the things to the real world.exams are held at 6 month interval that is sessional pf 100 marks and between that periodic of 15 marks is taken that is total 9 periodics 2 sessional and 1 university test is designed in curriculum pattern.
