MPSTME HONEST COLLEGE REVIEW FROM A FY STUDENT.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Different courses have different Fee structure MBA TECH (mba+btech integrated) has 5,25,000 as annual fees and for 5 years. For btech its 4lakhs per annum. There is no reservation or concession on the fees irrespective of your gender / cast.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The fee structure is fairly simple, you need to pay the fees yearly. The exact year wise break up if the 1750000 keeps changing but this is more or less the amount that you pay. In the initial years the fees in a bit higher (375000) and in the last two years the fees is lesser. It includes all kinds of fees: the tuition fees, infrastructure fees, books that you need, a blazer tie and some more college accessories. There are no scholarships and I am not sure about the financial assistance. There are internship programs in which the placement department helps you get internships in reputed companies. Most are paid, but some of these are unpaid.

NMIMS STME, Navi Mumbai - The Place to be!

1) As I'm in Sem 1, cannot tell much about the Fees hike. My campus charges 3.02 LPA fees, while the main campus charges 4.5 LPA (these are w/o hostel), but ultimately it's worth the money, as you'll save one year, and will even graduate with an MBA, (which costs abt 10LPA from any reputed institute). 2) I got no Job or Internship from College yet (as am in Sem 1). If you're from a reserved category, you can get some scholarships, if you get admission through an entrance test. I don't really know much about Financial Assistance yet.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Yea the course is really advanced and updated land faculties are really nice and First year subjects are common for all students. Specialization starts on second year based on subjects you choose at end of first year. You'll get a pool of let's say 50 subjects and have to choose 15. If you choose majority (8) finance you become finance specialization. Same for marketing ops etc. If you choose balanced subjects 3–3 each or something, you become general specialization. In short you are not gonna study anything different from others when it comes to general specialization.

Very updated syllabus since and very industry relevant.We'll have to do Technical and Management internships through college in 4th and 5th years respectively.Overall faculty is awesome every teacher is helpful and they're all very supportive.

The course being offered is very interesting as well as saves 1 year too. Since it is an integrated course, we have 3 years of Btech and 2 Years of MBA. Thereby completing graduation as well as post-graduation in 5 years. The subjects we have are according to the latest curriculum and it keeps on changing as and when required. The faculty is also top-notch. Teachers have full knowledge of their subject and are always ready to help the students.

Faculties teach students to indepth everything. They help students to understand the things properly as well as they regularly motivate the student to do different co-curricular activities as well as to take part in the various national and international competition which takes place in India as well as abroad. NMIMS also takes feedback about their faculties by their students. The course curriculum of NMIMS is approved by Mumbai University and nmims timely updates it's curriculum regularly and they also add the courses which are asked by the government to add in the curriculum like for now they have to add BIOLOGY in their course curriculum.

Some of my friends have took loans nationalized and corporate banks. The college on its part does not offer any scholarships or exemptions from fees. If you want you can try for loans from a number of banks out there.
