SIU Pune Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

We will only know about the campus placements and packages offered this year as this is the first time a batch is graduating from this campus. The average package as we've heard is 8 lakhs per annum. The Pune campus is older and it's said to have good placements as well so the same is expected here as well.

Currently, our 4th-year students have gone to their respective internships. Placements are about to start. As this is the first batch of our college we are looking forward to the great placements of our students.

The faculty has improved throughout the semesters in the case of graphic design. There are professors who have worked in the field and have knowledge of the industry in their own specializations. The course is very identical to other colleges in case of the curriculum. There is sufficient teaching faculty with respect to the number of students. The faculty is accessible the majority of the time and is ready to answer any queries regarding their subject. The exams are relatively more laid back in case of marking yet it still maintains the level according to the student's skills.

From 7 semester onwards student becomes eglibile for placements. The highest package was 36 lpa whereas the average is 11lpa. here come big companies like amazon, google and other big MNCs. The percentage of students getting selected is 93 %.

STUDENTS BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR PLACEMENT FROM THE FIFTH SEMESTER. STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO UNDERGO ONE MONTH OF INTERNSHIP AFETR SEMESTER TWO AND ONE MONTH OF INTERNSHIP AFTER SEMESTER FOUR. THESE INTERNSHIPS ARE COMPULSORY AND FORM A PART OF THE TEH PROGRAM STRUCTURE. ALL COSMETIC BRANDS WOULD BE WILLING TO RECRUIT PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED STUDENTS. AS THE BATCH IS YET TO GRADUATE THE PLACEMENTS HAVE NOT HAPPENED SO FAR. BUT THE INDUSTRY LINKAGES ARE VERY STRONG.

Most of the faculties are decent some are also good ..they are cooperative but some could be rigid regarding attendance and assignments. faculty: student ratio would be 1:20 for labs and 1:50 for classes. All are PhD-qualified teachers. Most teachers have an average pedagogy. You gotta learn on your own. If you pay attention you can pass easily

students from 3rd sem are eligible for placements. more than 45 companies visited campus. more than 350 offers were made for 300 students. highest package is 30LPA while average is 14LPA. 100% of students got placed.

SCMHRD is the 3rd best college for HR in India and we are among the top 20 b-school in India. We are also the 4th best B-School on unstop. SCMHRD is known for its remarkable placement status. The highest stipend offered at SCMHRD for the year 2022-24 was 4.4 lakhs and the average stood at 2.52 lakhs. Talking about final placements, SCMHRD grabbed 67.11 Lakhs of the highest international package and 35.03 Lakhs of the domestic highest package. The average package this year was 23.71 lakhs.

from 3rd semester, people are eligible for placements. Companies are good and offer that are made are also good. Placement-related statistics are also available on the college portal. Almost all the people are done with the placements.

The college has a track record of 100% placement every year. Also, there are some international opportunities available for the students to grab. Overall, it has a very excellent placement process and provides equal opportunity for all.
