At DMCE students become eligible for placements from the 7th semester, companies like TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, L&T and cognizant visit, offering roles in IT software and core engineering. The highest packages around 10 LPA with an average of 3-5 LPA. About 60 to 70% of students get placed mostly from IT and CS branches. After any degree I plan to gain experience through a job or pursue higher studies.

The placements here are good. But if more diverse number of companies are coming , then it would be more beneficial for students. Te average package you can expect is 4lpa . The most number of students getting placed companies are seclore and sogolytics.

The curriculum is well structured integrating theoretical knowledge with practical expo sure making students industry ready while also preparing them for higher studies and research semester exams are challenging emphasizing design projects presentation and critical thinking analysis rather than rote learning the pass timing is generally high as student recieve continuous feedback and guidance throughout the semester ensuring strong grasp of concepts before final evaluation

Since i am i 1st year so i only know about that college is providing placement but I don't have further information about any other things. So i can provide any information regarding this but i will sure ly learn about this

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

The course is relevant .updated every year . It is according to the NEP policy and also has pratical applicability . Teaching methods are great . Exams are conducted every month . You are busy with projects , discussions etc

I chose sociology as my major as it is concerned with the society and moves to take down stereotypes, social issues, etc., something which i personally resonate with a lot. The curriculum prepares us for the real world in terms of living within the society. However, the discipline of sociology still does not offer secure jobs in the future. I suppose the curriculum could be improved through teachings using more examples which are unrelated to the topic but show a parallel side that can explain the concept. Due to NAAC, many of our assignments and tests were pushed all together in the previous semester. I hope thst is not the case with the current and the future semesters because it was very hectic and hard for us to complete the assignments but also study for the tests

We have good placements. Having a average of 10 Lakhs and a median of 7.6L which is good considering the present industry situation. We have several top companies visiting our college frequently for placement.
