Likes

The teaching faculty is excellent. they are expert and have a very good knowledge about the topics.
Scholarship will be soon arranged for the students who achieves by giving a test and is eligible for scholarship.it is important to be able to provide scholarship for althose who are in need .they need to be helped .
Students will absolutely enjoy their campus life as there are various fests, different days are celebrated and the campus itself is very beautiful to enjoy.

Dislikes

I don't like the faculty member of these college, also the hod is a liar.
The admission process was not that difficult but the website was very bad to handle...
Big line for paying fees, fees structure, no online payment available for many colleges

Likes

The college infrastructure is very much better
labs are well equipped with resources necesssary.
Faculty is well spoken and has high knowledge of th respective subject.

Dislikes

It takes a lot of time to travel from my destination
college doesnt have an auditorium space for functions.
College dont have ground for various sports.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from seventh semester onwards.The many big companies are visited to my colege like TCS wipro IBM Infosys.the highest pacckage received is 12 lakh and avg package is 2.8 lakh.

The teaching faculties are mainly PhD holders in their respective subjects.
The faculties are always available for solving doubts (in college timings only)
There are Multiple clubs available in college campus. Which includes technical and cultural clubs both such as Baha for mechanical department.

Dislikes

The college has the compulsion about the lecture attendance.
The faculties can give you any task at any time with an headline.
The college timings are of 7 hours a day.which causes fatigue.

Placement Experience:

•Students are eligible for placement from 7 th semester. • Mercedes Benz -12 placement. Thermax-22 placement. Tata Motors -21 placement. And there are multiple companies such as Rolls-Royce, Polycab, Tech Mahindra, Nvidia and Microsoft etc. •The highest package offered in last year campus placement is of 22 Lpa by Mercedes Benz in mechanical department. •Also the placement percentage is of 88 percent for the last year and for current year 32 percent placements are already done. • My plans after taking degree are I will opt for higher education as iam preparing for GATE examination.

College faculty is very good,staff is very good there work
This college computer science lab is very good
College ground is very big i play all game

Some times college parking is very busy

My course there first samister staring c language because c language is base of computer science. In c language that all basic tech staring of the course than after second Samister start some advance language like python, java, c++.

good college with low fees in pune

There is good teaching staff. they teach very that student can understand very well.
There are regular event that held in college and i personaly like the sparktech event.
food that is in collage cantten is very good. and the best dish i like is pohe and samber

distance from the entary gate to collage gate is larger.
there is no auditorium and all program are held in basement
attendence is mentotary in this college.

the ambiance is very peaceful and lot of greenary is there
the teaching is good means doubts are solved teaching is good
placement services are nice we are trained to give presentations and great package companies come to hire

Dislikes

bus facility most of the time college ends early so we have to wait till the bus timing to go home
less fests no dj night and internships are not much supported means if we apply externally they say your attendance will be gone

Thing i mostly like is this college is easy li available for any student who economically backwards also get admition and get scholarship from government,
In this college give all facilities, big ground for play, have library for study, good classroom, fan ac in class room's
The college is give environment for us to grow and do your own things for your growth is amazing

I dislike the computer in my bcs lab is pretty old they not function well
The student are get fighting some time in the college
College have CCTV but not all in working position

The college is great for someone who wants to become an entrepreneur , as they organize many guest sessions with industry experts who share useful insights and connect with the students personally.
The college is good for someone who interested in being a part of a club or society. As there are N number of clubs you can be a part of in symbiosis, where you can show off your skills in different feilds.
The college is actually good for placements, if you are serious have good communication skills, you will ending up securing one. Top recruiters are Delloite, KPMG, Trtesvista

Dislikes

Being a part of OC ( organizing committee) is not everyone's cup of tea. Favoritism and student politics are the challenges you have to deal with.
Recently, Symbiosis became quite stricter with attendance. Previously, there was no such thing, but now they have a mandatory attendance criteria if you want to sit for placements.
The college is not well known for its Pg courses

Placement Experience:

As soon as students enter their final year of study i.e, third year they become eligible to sit for placements. Some of the big names of the companies visited this year are Delloite, EY, EY India, Tata Motors,BNY, TresVista etc. The highest package is 22LPA and the average is 4.5 LPA.Not all the students sit for the placements, around 70% of the students get placed. I am also placed through Symbiosis.

What is your review of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)?

Saikat Das,studied at Savitribai Phule Pune University (2020)

One of my friends recently graduated from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). According to her, it is better to do anything rather than joining this institute. She mentioned some of the reasons that made her feel this way.

The institute only focuses on making money and not actual education.
The syllabus and curriculum followed by the institute are outdated.
Practical training is not properly given, making students lag behind the industry demands.
Basic things like a proper academic calendar are not provided.
Re-evaluation is time-consuming and usually not done properly.
A 60% from SPPU is not considered good enough for admission to other colleges. They do not consider it as first class.
They are known to have the worst and uncooperative staff members. They are not at all helpful or considerate about any problem.

It is suggested that you do not opt for SPPU as they are highly unprofessional. They do not have a proper way to conduct classes, assemblies, extracurricular activities and get involved in everything half-heartedly. SPPU is a good example of how a university should be not.
