Likes

The teaching faculty is excellent. they are expert and have a very good knowledge about the topics.
Scholarship will be soon arranged for the students who achieves by giving a test and is eligible for scholarship.it is important to be able to provide scholarship for althose who are in need .they need to be helped .
Students will absolutely enjoy their campus life as there are various fests, different days are celebrated and the campus itself is very beautiful to enjoy.

Dislikes

I don't like the faculty member of these college, also the hod is a liar.
The admission process was not that difficult but the website was very bad to handle...
Big line for paying fees, fees structure, no online payment available for many colleges

College is not much depend for your placement well your skills are very much important for your further goals

I like my college infrastructure and surrounding
also I like my college staff for teaching purpose
also I like in my college there are various sports activities are there

Dislikes

I don't like my college campus there are very less space in my campuss
I don't like my college canteen because there are very less item
i don't like my college stationery because there is always shortage of books

Placement Experience:

My college provides various mnc and technical companies for placement like EY, Accenture, Infosys and many more. If my college does not provide well placement then I will start my own startup and work hard on it

College faculty is good and cooperative.And actually these is the basic need for FE students
Area required for college campus is much more.
The books are in library and B wing library.

Dislikes

College infrastructure is not good aslo practical labs
Classroom are too poor and there is no facilities of wifi at B wing building

Actually I focus on those subjects which are important to respected my branch like pps first I want to clear my basics so I just practice then l will applied for intership course and all projects whatever needed.and l studied other subjects during the exam period

Likes

College campus is really good. Teaching staff is also good.
Students are also provided bus because they are living very far away from college
Also events are conducted in college. Students also take parts in it as well.

Dislikes

Those who students are living in hostels they are not getting food properly
Computers in computer lab doesn't work properly.
Some Teachers don't teach properly. Students dont understand teaching.

Placement Experience:

Internships are getting started through 3rd year. Companies visited are deolitte, walmart,Jap morgan, AWS, TATA, MasterCard and so on. Many students had got placements. Highest package is around 240000/- and average package is about 100000/- 70% of students were placed. My plans after getting degree is to get masters in my branch.

Engineering in NMIET

The college is great to pursue engineering, it is affiliated to savitribai pune university.
The NMIET college is under PCET which also has renowned colleges like Pccoe,PccoeR under it.
The college offers various job opportunities for students. The placement in conducted under the central placement cell of PCET. The college campus is also great and has facilities in it

Dislikes

The college is in Talegaon, which is a little bit far from my place but they have many transport facilities available.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester onwards there are plenty of internship opportunities for students. But job opportunities are offered from 7th semester,till then the students are made capable of facing the interviews and selection criteria. In NMIET college the campus placement is under central PCET cell. Based on students academics and overall performance they are given opportunities. Companies like amazon, Accenture, Cummins, Wipro,TCS,etc visits the campus. Highest package is 48L-50L per annum and average of 8-10L per annum package is offered to students. There are plenty of off campus placements as well depending on what the student chooses. Maximum percentage of students gets placement through campus selection in NMIET. My plans after getting degree is to appear for campus placement and interview.

My collage is in between mountains, having fresh air and positivity.
Good quality of labs and good teaching staff and understanding staff
Besides study our collage also focuses in curricular activitys

Dislikes

Toilets are not maintained, In toilets water supply is poor
Collage canteen is very small and canteen seating capacity is less
Collage ground must be also maintain properly for verious sports

Life of NMIETians

Likes

Teaching staff is very good , they solve all doubts very effectively
There are two different wings for technical and non technical branches
Classrooms are very clean, and projector provided at every class.

Dislikes

Wifi is provide only for A wing Not for B wing
Provide Common canteen for Both A and B wings

Very good placements provide by our college. Due to nmiet is under pcets institute very good placement and very big companies comes to our college for hired students. Capgemini, tcs and various big companies comes for hiring students. Very good placement ratio holds by our college.

I like my college staff which is very helpful in study Daily lectures are conducted
College is environment friendly. Fresh environment is there

In rainy season we got some trouble to going to college
College duration is very long so feel tired end of the day day
My Campus is out of country some time get trouble to catch grosery

Extra activities provided by college. Couraged to take participate in all competition. Placements are there Guest lecture are thier to take right decision about our career. Students training program are conducted to make us prepare for the interview To add more facilities in sports. University semester exam are conducted twice in year. Two sessional in each semester some time don't get enough time to finish writing paper in case of extra question

Infrastructure of our college is so best.. The area is also good where college is located
Faculty is best in our college..Very helpful and helps to solve all double of students so easily
Food facilities and hostel facilities are also very good in canteen

Dislikes

Mess of our college hostel is not good as per review of hostel students
Parking facility is a bit not developed yet in our college but will develop soon
Needs to be situated in more urban locality as it is located in rural area

Course Curriculum Overview:

My passion for coding and web development has inspired me to choose this course.. Coding can help us in Ai designing as one of the real world application.. Areas of improvement like thoery subjects must be removed from coding courses for the benefit of student..and every Student must be compulsory to do one internship per semester.. difficulty level is same as university and exam frequency is pretty good

students become eligible from 7th semseter for placement the companies visited our college are Eaton with 9lpa, JSW 9la, ATS 6lpa, Bluestar 7lpa, worley 6lpa,enpro 4lpa, praj industries 7lpa, mercedes benz 12lpa. the percentage of students getting placed are 100%. my plans after getting degree is to join the company and prepare for mpsc

What is your review of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)?

Saikat Das,studied at Savitribai Phule Pune University (2020)

One of my friends recently graduated from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). According to her, it is better to do anything rather than joining this institute. She mentioned some of the reasons that made her feel this way.

The institute only focuses on making money and not actual education.
The syllabus and curriculum followed by the institute are outdated.
Practical training is not properly given, making students lag behind the industry demands.
Basic things like a proper academic calendar are not provided.
Re-evaluation is time-consuming and usually not done properly.
A 60% from SPPU is not considered good enough for admission to other colleges. They do not consider it as first class.
They are known to have the worst and uncooperative staff members. They are not at all helpful or considerate about any problem.

It is suggested that you do not opt for SPPU as they are highly unprofessional. They do not have a proper way to conduct classes, assemblies, extracurricular activities and get involved in everything half-heartedly. SPPU is a good example of how a university should be not.
