Likes

I like our teacher they're kind and very good at teaching
Fests are , masquerade night,dj night hled 1 time in 3to 4 month,and other festivals like varsity weeks,for playing games such like ,cricket,football, volleyball,and other games,liker kabbaddi , campus experience are very good
The teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable and very enthusiastic.

Dislikes

Hostel seats are limited therefore you cannot guarantee to get a seat in the first year.
The admission process was quite easy but the payment was problem.
Our website is not that strong so i have to pay multiple time for it to work

The college life

Likes

The faculty are really good. And their explanation is really appreciable. They are very friendly and supportive.
Even the management is very good and the conduction of exams and other programs are also very smooth.
I really appreciate the way the professors encourage students and the way they helped us to make the nep courses easy .

Dislikes

It's just that the routine is kind of a problem since we need to stay in the college for so long and we get a bit more off periods than what is required.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really found this course very interesting and since I am interested in building up my own business if everything works for me this course is the best to guide me . Since our course is semester wise so we have two semesters every year and each semester is of 6 months and at the end of every semester we have the end sem exams . Over and above that we use to have internals and assignments for each semester.

Likes

The college is excellent. It has new education policy.
Every department of the college focuses on imbibing the students with socio- cultural and environmental teachings.
During the current academic session the college conduct the following tests for all classes for assessment.

Dislikes

The quality of infrastructure is little poor.
The fees of everything taken by the college is little too much.
The building is old and the class room are confusing

Course Curriculum Overview:

History as always been my passion and I heard that the history teach very well which make mw choose this course. The curriculum prepares me very well and excellent. Exam is done once as final exam but test is done during academic session.

Lady keane college

I like the teachers, they provide us notes , environment is friendly there's two canteens and one cofee shop which is affordable, the seniors are really great , we get to celebrate college week too.
Actually our college is a girls college but starting from this year 2024 there's has been boys too
The securities are friendly there's college hostel too

Dislikes

Hostel facilities are not that good like the water shortage and rooms are abit small
There's no charging point inside the dormitory and There's two charging point for one room outside the dormitory
The mess is good but you won't get for the second serve and visitors are not allowed to enter the hostel

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to go for UPSC exams so this is one of the main reason that i chosed political science another reason is that the teachers provides notes and teaches very well there's PowerPoint classes too and sometimes for the additional subjects we'll have to perform practicals too like giving speech

A life in Union Christian College

Likes

teachings : The teaching system is very good in this college
Location: it is located far from city / town for that reason its very peaceful
they conduct a lot of orientation by bringing the specialist from the other places

Dislikes

for the classes we have to go from one class to another after every one subject
wifi it is installed but they never recharge and its useless
comodities which are available in the College Canteens are expensive

As a history student , the things and the way how we are taught everyday is going to be very helpful for us in future . the teacher's engangement with the students are good . and as the NEP2020 was introduced we are the first batch of this new eduction system . we are getting many side studies as well

St Anthony's College is a very good college and it have enough equipments for the students as well as for the teachers.
With regards to the infrastructure it have plenty which enables the students to learn and able to acquire the education we'll.
Some infrastructure present in the college which effect the students learning are library, a good campus , auditorium, etc

Dislikes

I don't like the uniform they have just make the students to wear.
Some of the office staff are not behaving well
Some students does not maintain cleanliness

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some specific aspects of curriculum that make me choose this college is that because the rank of the college is high. The curriculum also helps us in the future by making us do our projects, fieldwork and also go to the schools like an internship. In my opinion the college does not need any improvement. Time of writing exams is 3 hrs and it is enough time for us to complete our exams.

St Anthony’s college review

Likes

I like the campus of the college it’s nice and it’s pretty decent and it has some cool place to sit and relax during break time
The are four buildings and they’re pretty nice
There are three canteens overall and the food in all the canteens are pretty decent

Dislikes

I don’t like how the way of teaching in class
I can’t understand much and they are not able to make us understand properly
Some teacher take extra even when their period is over so thats not it.

Overall this Bcom course can be rated as quite relevant and comprehensive ,aligning with industry standards and me having intrest in business so I choose this course This curriculum typically prepares students well for careers in various sectors

An Excellent institution to become better you

Likes

I love the faculty teaxhing performance they are friendly and easy to deal with them in all we need.
I also love the college campus where my fellow college students were friendly
I love the college vibe where students can comfortably enjoy

Dislikes

I am little bit disappointed of the internal mark they ised to give me
I don’t know why they are so stingy about the marks they ise to give to students
NEHU is in the process of downfall they need to get better improvement

Placement Experience:

The college i have been admitted have a good placement like Banks and other legal company so on. So i have no complaints in the placement and the average package is around 2lakhs, but the percentage of students who get into this placement is not high

The teaching faculty and their easily approachable nature
The facilities is also a good one as the college recently received "A" grade from NAAC

Dislikes

The toilets is one thing which needs improvement

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some of the courses are pretty much relevent and comprehensive as there are few course which deals directly with the northeastern region. The length of the semester can sometimes be too short of the required 6 months per semester.

The ups and downs

Likes

The placement given after the completion of the course
Giving the pre- experience opportunity before opting for our career that is internship
The facility provided to the students especially BTTM course

Dislikes

Not enough facility as well as the compound.
Not enough outdoor activities for the students
Not much of opportunities or placement to the students

Placement Experience:

Since I'm still in 5th semester i have not visited any companies or no offers have been made to me but on the 7th semester we have the freedom to choose any company we want for our internship and we have to apply for it and if they like our work during the internship they offer us jobs after the completion of graduation. My plans after degree is to go for event management planning if it's God will.

The faculty is nice and supportive they always guide us
They provide mentoring class after classes

The infrastructure could be better like campus
