The course contains 6 semesters. From the 5-6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Last year due to COVID, we didn't get many on-campus placements. But Deloitte is the 1st company that organized an on-campus placement during COVID time. Except for our last year(due to COVID), we got many companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro such companies. You can apply for off-campus jobs if your batch is COVID batch. The highest package was 5LPA by Vodafone and the lowest one was Infosys with 1.9LPA. The average package was 2.6 LPA. In our batch, 95% of students were placed in various companies by placements. I already joined Cognizant with the job role of Programmer Trainee. I choose this course because I want to be a data scientist in the statistics field so I've to complete MSc. in statistics. The total seats in statistics are 24 which there are 20 students taken admission to our department. All the faculty members are highly educated from top universities and all they have a master's or Ph.D. or professor's degree. Some of them are gold medalists in statistics and now doing research in that field as well as writing books on statistics. The exams are similar to other universities' exams like 6 semesters in 3 years for a bachelor's degree. They conduct 2 semesters in 1 year with 6 months gap each.

I like teaching profession that's why I took this course. Faculty to student ratio would be around 1:5 per batch. Teachers are highly qualified. And they adapt well determined teaching methods which is well understood by students.

Students become eligible for campus placement in the final year. The companies which visited our campus are TCS, Deloitte, Infosys, and Wipro. HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank. Federal Bank, etc. They mainly offered jobs in various designations to the students of BBA, B com. , ITM department. During the year 2021 about 21%. Of UG students got placement in different companies with a median package of? 2.5 lakhs per annum. While in the same year about 2.75% of the PG students got placements in different companies with a median package of 3.5 lakh per annum. I am planning to pursue MBA after completing my graduation.

I am interested in earth science so I choose this subject. faculties are very good and student ratio also minimum. interaction with the teachers is very easy. You can easily clear your doubts there. the semester exam is held every 6 months, the exam quality is moderate. if you will study well you can easily pass the exam.

After the competition, 4th-semester students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit this university some of them are Deloitte, Wipro, Capgemini, VOIS, Accenture and many more. The average package is around 3.2LPA.

From the 5th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Tata and some also multinational companies are some local companies also visit. The highest package is 12 lack per annum. More than 50 percent. My plan after getting my degree is to prepare for comparative exams.

I chose the course because after a bachelor's degree in physics you ought to receive a master's degree to become eligible for ph.d programs. Right now in Odisha, the assistant professor recruitment process has been not satisfactory. Many departments in universities have fewer professors. We've 3 permanent faculty who are highly qualified for guiding students in master's courses. They've done their ph.d from IIT Madras, IISC Bangalore, and CSIR immt. They have a good mastery of their subjects. But due to teacher deficiency, they've to do other official work at the university. So they could afford less time for the students. Term exams are moderately difficult. Good preparation from starting of the semester can make you easily pass the examination.

After the 5th semester, all the students are eligible for the placement. all the reputed companies like deilottie, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, HDFC Bank, etc The highest package is 650000 and the lowest package is 350000. Every year around 70-80 percentage students are getting placed. I was to get placement in a good MNC.

Course curriculum mostly resembles Delhi University structure in Mathematics Hons with 2 electives to be taken in 1st and 2nd year. Boys to girls ratio is nearly 50% and faculty to students ratio are about 1:5. Faculties were cooperative and held degrees from IITs and Central varsities. Exams are usually held timely expectation this year which was mostly interrupted by Covid.
