- The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
- Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
- The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.
Dislikes
- No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
- Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
- 5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose this course because I love to join vigilance companies that's why I choose Pharmacovigilance and clinical research course to proceed with my career and brighten my future.
I'll guide you and suggest you all join and take this course. This course provides you guys various options in your future so that you can't confused.

- The semester exams needs to be informed early and they should provide the content of the subject which has the exam
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is okay. Students need to focus more on skills and studies. Faculty members are supportive. The teaching of teachers is overall good. The mid semester exams was there also . And if student studied well and focuses then he/she can pass.

Placement Experience:
students become eligible for campus placements at the ending of the 6th semester. there are many companies visited like Adobe, google, wipro,infosys etc. The highest placement offered by the university is 40 lakh per annum and the average placement offered by the company is 7-8 lakh per annum 90 percent of students got their placements on campus. my plan is to go for higher studies

- The campus is really beautiful and tidy. Well maintained infrastructure is there.
- Here you will get a lot of opportunities. You should make best use of them.
- Overall it offers the best placement in you are Hardworking and have skills.

- No proper guidance provided. The exam datesheet is released just 1 week before exams.
- Scholarship should be provided by the university on the basis of merit.
- They should have a proper check on the quality of teaching provided by the teachers.

Placement Experience:
In the 6th semester students start receiving the placement offers till the end of the 8th semester. More than 500 companies visit the campus though it is not possible to name all of them here are a few tech-Mahindra, Adobe, Orange, Infosys, TCS, Deloitte, HCL, Siemens, Wipro, TCS, etc.
The highest package offered is 35 lakhs by Adobe. The average package is about 5 lakhs.
Most of the students got placed.
The startup culture is Chitkara University is growing and is supported by the university.
My current focus is to secure a good package.

- Nothing much to like about my university but they provide ac classroom
- Study wise they are average and small campus get bored very much
- Canteens are decent but food quality is average
Dislikes
- Timetable should be well organised so that breaks should be given at equal intervals
- Rate of canteen should be low and fees should be reduced
- Students should be allowed to leave the premesis when ever they wish to
Placement Experience:
The percentage of students getting placement is above average almost 80% get placement every year although the package is low most of the students get placed. The highest package goes up to 23 lakh although it varies every year.

- Rigidity of a few teachers and other faculty members.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Chose this course as I thought I had a passion for engineering. The faculty needs to be more friendly. The student-faculty ratio is 80:01. That is 80 students under 1 teacher.
Although the teachers aren't bad.

after the 3rd year, one can start appearing in campus placements but you can do many internships even after the first year only. many top companies visit the campus like wipro, Amazon, Flipkart, etc most of the students get placed and the number of companies is also more than sufficient.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose this course as I have done Non-Medicla and I have a passion for Engineering in Computer Sciences. The faculty is good and supportive there is one faculty on every 50 students. All the faculty is well qualified and professional. Every faculty is PHD. The exams are in 4 steps First 3 exams are sessional tests which are every month and 1 End term exam after semester. The exam is of medium level and you can pass them by studying 1 week before the exam.

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.
- ACADEMICS
The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.
- PLACEMENTS
Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.
There have been more than 150 offers, which cater to the range above Rs. 10 LPA. The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.
- FEES & ACCOMMODATION
Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.
- CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP
There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
