Bharathiar University Coimbatore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placements were okay in our college, it starts from the second year onwards in respect to diff degree. For economics it starts from 5th semester onwards. There were many companies who visited including goldman sachs, deloitte, zoho, tcs, accenture etc. and the package starts from 1,20,000 to 12,00,000 rupees per annum.

In 4 th semester my mam arranged for placement and I got selected in well company. In my class 30 students out of 45 got selected in different companies. Everyone got better packages.my plan to go to job after degree

Yah i choose data science because it was new to the felid that time so i choose it. In data science we will not learn the traditional computer science subjects here we learn advanced subjects like mechine learning, artificial intelligence,deep learning in my college there will be three internal exams fir one sem

The curriculum is not that much good but overall its not bad, the teaching methods on smart boards. The teaching methods are average and also goodd hence they are good . The staffs are good according to the department

So, in my point of view, I have chosen data science because it is the future. I have been told this a million times because the future world is going to depend on data. So, studying data science will be more helpful for me to grow even more in the future. So, I have chosen data science. So, in the curriculum to face the real-world challenges, it's a question mark because we will be taught all the tools and techniques required for the data science. And it is in our personal interest and knowledge how we are using it in the real world. So, there are also very less companies coming for data analytic role because they always need experienced people for such roles. But the fact is that we have to get a job to get the experience, right? So, getting a job as a fresher data scientist is a bit tough. If you have a very much passion and interest into becoming a data scientist, these tools and techniques that taught in this curriculum will be more helpful for you to develop yourself in the field. And they are just a basic effect to you and it's up to your interest how you are implementing it in the real world. So, talking about the exam system, it is quite stressful because we only have four months for us and one month will be on leave. So, on the first month, we will be facing CA1. But at that time, we don't even have a knowledge how the subject works. So, it is a difficult thing to get understood. And on the second month, we get the CA2 and on the third month, we will be having the models and on the fourth month, it is the semester exam. So, the difficulty and the challenges in coping up with this system is a bit tough. So, reducing the exam and improving potential classes may be a good solution for this problem because difficulty will be different level for different people. So, reducing the exams and increasing the hands-on training will be more valuable and useful for the students.

the final semester students are able to attend the interview (campus placement) most of the companies are visited our college that are WIPRO, INFOSYS, TCS, ACCENTURE , FLIPKART, BYJUS, AMAZON and VVDN etc the average package of the students salary was 2.5LPA and maximum salary package was 10LPA most of the students getting placed at the companies more than 85% students. my plan after getting the degree going to IT jobs for few years then I have own farming land so i will maintain that

placement process offers in my college is one of my college strongest feature placement call offer for students are on thier 2nd year 3rd sem with the miminum package of 4 LPA and many companys come to our college to hier students

The does offer placement I think.If you pass out on a good mark average the college does prepare you for interviews.After getting the degree I plan on doing my higher studies abroad and try for a job there.

I chose the course because of the increasing rate of technology in our daily lives.The curriculum prepares you to become a good programer and it teaches how our daily life is conected very much to technology. I suggest that they tech how to use other programs like editing softwares and online earning startups .The frequent exams prepare you well for the actuall exams

From the final semester students become eligible for campus placements, 1% of students get placements. My plans after getting the degree is to look for a job in human Resources and work accordingly to my skills
