I choose electronics and communication engineering for better career opportunities. here at sastra, every professor has/has a Ph.D. in their name/ M.TECH(very Few). Most professors are doctorate holders. for every 40 days for 1 term exam. and its difficulty ranges from medium to Hard

From the 7th semester students are eligible for their placements. Almost every big company and MNC will make a visit. TCS will be hiring many students. Apart from that Amazon, Flipkart, Zoho, Infosys etc will also come. Highest package will be 12 lakhs per annum and the minimum package will be 3.5 lakhs per annum. Almost 99% of students will be placed.

From the 7th semester, students will be eligible for campus placements. Students with more than a 7.5 cgpa and with no arrears are eligible for campus placements. The highest package is 24 lacs per annum and the average package I 8 lakhs per annum.80 per cent of the Students get placed.

Placements are one of the features of the college. 100% placements are guaranteed. Students will be eligible to attend Placements from the 3rd-year 2nd semester. Before that, you can attend internships as well. Almost 1500 offers are made every year to students from 70 to 80 companies. Big companies like Google, Amazon, PayPal, TCS, CTS, WIPRO, and Infosys will also visit for hiring. The minimum CGPA for the companies will be 7 to 7.5.

From the 6th Semester, Some students will be eligible for interns. From the 7th semester, every student will be eligible for placements There were some big companies visited are TCS, AMAZON, PAYPAL, etc. The highest package is 16LPA offered by Paypal. Average package -350000PA

Right after 6th semester ends the placement season will start and remains till the 8th semester ends. Paypal, Samsung, and Qualcomm are some too notch companies more than 1500 offers will be minimum made each semester Above 60 percent but above 75 percent will be nice. I plan to work in future

From 5 th semesters on you will be internships to prove yourself. Maximum offers will come during 7th semester. Amazon, paypal, TCS, microsoft, samsung, ... Yearly-wise the number of offers was increasing.

every class will have 60 students For cse 5 sections will be there, the first thing is it's college, not your 11th std so you have to approach your faculty by yourself they will not spoonfeed you. but believe me, if you approach faculty they will interact with you. for every subject 60 hrs of classes will be there in one semester, I am studying in the information technology branch subjects provided in this branch are industry oriented will make you ready for learning new technologies. for every semester three mid-term exams will be there out of these three mid-term exams two best will be considered for internals which will be added to your semester exam .this means 50 percent of marks will be taken from your two best mid-term exams and another 50 percent will be taken from your final semester exam. for every month mid-term exam will be conducted. lab-based papers will also be there these lab papers are one-credit based. every week lab will be conducted. faculty will be very interactive and reachable.

Students become eligible for campus placements in the 6th semester. Companies like INFOSYS, BOSCH, TCS, DELOITTE, COMCAST, COGNIZANT, etc will visit sastra to hire students. The highest package for this college last year is 42 LPA from adobe company. The average package is 6.5 LPA. Nearly 95% of students will be placed. After my degree, I want to join in better company with a better package.
