Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

As the placements have just started and in these 3 months around 12 to 15 companies visited our college like Nokia, OpenText, etc. The highest package till date our college received is 33 lakhs per annum and the average is 4.5LPA. About 80 percent of them get placed in companies.

I chose automobile engineering as I have an interest in the manufacturing and design field. The faculties were very helpful to make understanding each subject and the faculty was also well knowledgeable to make students understand each topic. 45-50 days was a term exam and the way the faculty teaches help us to qualify for the exam easily.

From the 6th semester, we are eligible for placements. No history of arrears should be there and a minimum of 7.5cgpa should be maintained. The highest package is 45lpa, And the average package is 4.5lpa. Almost 90% of students got placed.

From the 7th semester, we become eligible for our placement. About 90 to 95 per cent of students get placement. If a student has qualities and knowledge about his domain he can easily crack any in-campus interview. My plan is to get a place in some good MNCs and have a good and secure life.

First I wish to take a CSE course BUt later My well-wishers said that if you take ECE you will have software and hardware so I to decided to Take ECE. Every faculty is too good at Communication skills, Teaching skills, and everything. They Are very friendly With everyone. Each and Everything They Will Explain Very Briefly. The student ratio is also high. We are having 16 Sections in ECE 650 students. I hope this year They may increase more. And we are having Two midterms and one Semester exam. Per year we are having 2 Semesters. For one mid-term they will give paper from 2 units. They have perfect timing for everything.

In the 7th semester, students will be able to get placements, there were so many companies visited example TCS, Microsoft, IBM are the major recurring companies in Sathyabama, mostly more than 85% of students will be placed.

I'm interested in computer science so I took that course. The faculty are very friendly you can ask doubts without any fear. there will be mid-exams I think per semester there are 2 mid-exams in which the whole chapters are divided into two parts and they conduct exams. You should score well in that to get good marks in the semester.

The campus placements were good the eligibility for campus placements is the students must not have any backlogs. If backlogs were also there some companies prefer placement. There were around 500 companies that visited our offers crossed 3000 plus during the academic year 2023. The highest package was 53 lpa and the lowest was 3.2 lpa. The rules were good according to the placements. Around 94 percent of students got placed. I was one of them and I planned to join the company and make healthy growth in that company and make my family happy.

College placement is good and the maximum will be placed and come eligibility for placement starts from 3 years 2 semesters and then come to company all tech companies will visit the campus and then come to the highest package was 53 lakh and the average package starts at 6 to 7 lakh and go to up to 12 to 15 lakh and then come to the percentage of students getting placements offer is above 80 percentage and then come to my plan seeing for good package or else to do masters in USA.
