Good faculty: the faculty are well experienced and help students in better understanding
The students are eligible for placements after completing the 3rd year in the 4 year course with the good cgpa, many companies like zoho, amazon etc.
The scholarships are good, try to score good marks in the first semester, because the college will check your marks.

Dislikes

We have nsp scholarship support fron college college fees 450000 per year hostel fees 100000 per yesr fees structure is quit higher no financial assistance no stipend from college side no campus for bds.
I don't like the central library in our college, and i don't like one thing that there is no stage in our college
The hostel room are not good and water facilities in hostel is not good

I liked the way they teach us and they will be friendly with us
I liked the atmosphere of the college where filled with trees
I liked the campus life and the infrastructure of the college

Dislikes

Sometimes food was not good in the college
Sometimes hostel bathrooms were not cleanly

Placement Experience:

Campus placements were good in my college From starting of the fourth year students are eligible for campus placements. Mostly Google, HCl, TCS, and Amazon companies are visited The highest package is 41lpa and the average package is 4.80 lpa. Mostly 90 percent of the students are getting placement. After getting my degree I have planned to go to higher education in us or Canada

Story of my prime days!

Likes

Good Lecturers, some are near to my heart.
campus is large, providing more spaces, good food, great friendship experience.
Got degree at distinction level, exam environment is horror, but enjoyed.

Dislikes

Not placed in proper classroom, missed opportunity in making dearest friends.
fee is little high, i need to take loan and still paying after 7 years
So strick that college feeling is missed, many rules, viva and practicals are nightmares.

Placement Experience:

1. From the 6th semester onwards placement starts, at 7 semesters, students are moved to company and only come to college to write exams. 2. Due to the backlog, I couldn't try placement on campus. 3. In off-campus, I was offered a 15LPA. 4. on my class 50 % were placed, others are not taken into the criteria due to backlogs. 5. I was planning in getting into IT, yet here I am.

Life at a Sathyabama

Likes

I like the faculties members they support students in every conflicts situations.
Classrooms are big and this is a anti ragging campus
Buses is provided free for students no extra cost for bus

Dislikes

Students can't go out of the college during class hour.
They won't leave you out of the at any cost ,how it is emergency.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Sathyabama is one of the best colleges in Chennai. In this college, 90 to 92 percent of students get placed in a year. Many big companies will visit to hire newly graduated students. Faculty: Teachers in our college are mostly Ph.D. holders or pursuing Ph.D. degrees. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful. The passing percentage is 50 % which is quite easy to pass.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester students can apply for the placements and many numbers of companies will be visiting the campus with 500+ and highest package is 45lpa and the lowest package is 4 LPA and I plan to do the job.

Food is good comparing to all other colleges
Friends from ore states also will give good communication.
Nice teachers and communication will be improved.

Language problem to speak with Tamil people

Maximum from 6th or 7th-semester students can attend their placements. Send 500+ companies will come to campus and 90 percent of students get placed and highest package is 53 lpa and the lowest package is 4 lpa.

Study abs placements. Many placements compared to all other colleges.
Food and transportation. Because they will provide them freely even for dascholars also.
Fests because heroes and heroins will be coming as guest's and we can njoy a lot in that day.

Dislikes

Some Classrooms will not be nice than other class rooms . That gives us the feeling like partiality.
Walking distance, we cannot walk that much distances.
There are no dislikes than those mentioned above.

Placement Experience:

Maximum from 5th-semester students will become eligible for some companies and in the 7th semester, all students who opt for the placements are eligible. Many companies visited approximately 300+ companies and many students have been placed. The highest package is 53 lakhs per annum and the lowest package is 4 lakhs per annum. 95% of students will get placed. My plans are a 1-year job next to us.

Likes

The geusture from faculty memebers they really helped to gain knowledge
And our chacellor mam for providing the infrastructure and labs for specific departments
We learnt many from hackahons and other workshops conducted by our college

Dislikes

The hostel facilities as very poor in sathyabama
The dress code as mainly applied for girls much compared to boys
The worshop they conduct as not suffient for all students as there ere limitations for registration

Placement Experience:

THE campus offers placement for every candidate the applies for it. they even give extra training to crack the interview. our college even provides training to ielts and gre to crack higher studies. Every year students get placed in top MNCs companies.

During the placement drive at the Sathyabama Institute of Science & Technology campus, students were offered the highest CTC of INR 27 LPA. The average CTC stood at INR 4.75 LPA. A total of 1335 students were placed. Major recruiters included Amazon, Hitachi, Yamaha, Adobe, Oracle, Federal Bank, HSBC Technologies, etc. The institute is conducting its 2021 placement drive. Till now, students have already received 353 dream offers & 27 super dream offers.

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem students with no arranger can be eligible for campus placements I have visited more than 10 companies, and the highest package is around 50 lakh per annum not sure. The average students get at least 6lakh per annum. 92% of students will get placed in sathyabama.

I'm a final year ECE student at Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, and my experience has been truly wonderful! The faculty are highly qualified and supportive, always encouraging students beyond textbooks. Labs are well-equipped with regular practical sessions. The placement cell is very active with top companies like Amazon, HCL, Cognizant and Wipro visiting campus. Highest package was 41 LPA. Cultural fests and technical events make campus life vibrant and enjoyable.

Really liked the college overall ???? The campus and environment are good, and placements are pretty strong which is a big plus. Hostel facilities are not great, but they’re manageable—not too bad. Overall, a good experience!

I am currently studying at Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology. The university has a good campus with modern infrastructure and well-equipped labs. The faculty members are supportive and help students in academics as well as skill development. It also provides good opportunities through technical events, clubs, and placements. Overall, it offers a positive learning environment for students.
