From the third year itself, they will start to prepare for placements and you can take placement after the end of the third year itself. The placement is good. placement cell is also good. More than 80% of technical dept. Students got campus placement. Although the% is a little bit low for non-technical background students. Many companies visited campus like Amazon, TCS, Wipro, cognizant and many startups visit also. The highest package offered is 40 lacs in 2019. The average package is also good around 4-5 lacs. My first plan is to get a good job if unfortunately I will unable to do that then I will go for a decent job for few years then according to the situation I will plan what to do.

First of all, the infrastructure and the reviews among the people played a greater role in selecting this college. The college has a very good infrastructure and the campus is always lit. The all-over white buildings give us peace and stability. My admission to that college was completely based on the reviews given by people we knew. But the fact is that I had no idea about anything related to choosing a college after schooling and even my marks were not that high. Had a tough time, joining a college and I finally joined the sathyabama institute of science and technology. I joined the college with a management quota. But it was a good decision.

By the end of 6th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies used to visit every year. Naming some of them include wipro, cognizant, Amazon, wells fargo, intellect etc. Highest package ever offer was 16 L.P.A and average package is 3 L.P.A Around 70-80% of students got placed every year.

The placements are too good in my college from third-year every student is eligible for campus placements from nearly 250+ companies can visit every year the highest package of last year is like nearly 34 lakhs and the average pack like 3.4 lakhs per annum all pass students can eligible for placements.

I prefered this college because of the good name were this college was taken, Good teaching and extraordinary lab sessions, friendly staffs, good in sports. They support students in a right path. This college is also famous for food. They server a best food for all who all are coming to college. Admission process are good and neat, easy to apply. Students can apply through online and offline mode. Any time students and parents are allowed inside the campus for help. They support for students talents, In which way you want to achieve they will support you the best. Students can apply for abroad studies in college itself, staffs will help you to sort out all the problems. For travelling college buses are available to all major city's and most wanted places. Bus will be on time. Safe travelling. They prefer more support to girls. They help to work for students. One bad thing which i found there was some attenders will irritate students, they are also two or three attenders not all. Final words to say one of the best college in chennai, i prefer Sathayabama as first.

From the 5th semester onwards students are eligible for attending campus placement, but most of us are doing professional courses also, so we don't opt for a job after a degree. Top companies like Wipro, HCL, Deloitte, Ernst and Young, KPMG, and many more companies including private banks. I'm doing the first year this is provided by my seniors and faculties who told me.

Out of 2112 students 1872 students are getting placed I will do the job after completion of my degree and I will start a business.

Placements usually start from September in the fourth year most of the companies will be IT companies very few companies will be core companies that to only ECE students we on our own have to prepare for the placements but college will bring the companies which are giving high packages like Amazon, HCL, Siemens, Covalense etc.
