Tuition fee here is quite affordable. Even if there's going to be a hike in future it still would be quite affordable compared to other universities of this stature. Scholarship programs are also available. If someone's from UP, they can avail the up govt. Scholarship under which the fee get refunded. There are another scholarship programs and financial aid available for eligible students as well. Right now there is a hike proposed in yearly fee. Currently the fee for BA hons. Is Rs. 2407 and proposed fee is Rs. 3420. For BSc hons. It's 3167 and proposed fee is Rs. 4400. Hostel fee is around 4000-5000/year for most of the courses. Mess charges are around 2500-3500 per month.

I'm agreed about the fee hike. The government has hiked all fees about to 75%. The students who are belonging from poor financial conditions, they got shocked. In scholarship, students can apply for NSP scholarships. For SC ST students, BHU provides a stipend for research courses.

Yes, the uttar pradesh government every year provides the scholarship to the student enrolled in different courses but the only condition is the student should be a resident of uttar pradesh. The process is online, we need to fill the form online and submit the form with the Xerox of our documents at the college office. And during January or February we get the scholarship in our account. The bank account should be of any bank in varanasi.

I haven't opted for the scholarship of education loan. As much I know if you need any of this you will be helped by the staff in every possible way. They are very helpful.Yeah, they provide the scholarship for students and they give travel charge and there is many more facility for students in BHU.they can get a free checkup and free treatment in BHU hospital.
