- It has a sports complex- both indoor and outdoor, a large beautiful library, canopies, greenery all over, flower beds, a beautiful lake, and whatnot.
- Notable brands such as cognizant, dell, amazon visit the campus for recruitments and recruit enthusiastically as they trust the snu brand and its ability to attract good talent.
- You want enjoyment, placement,a perfect college life snu is for you.
Dislikes
- It's relatively new hence the alumni network is still developing (not a bad thing) but for the time being there is a limited network
- There is little bit chaos to choose electives.
- Ragging here is completely banned and no senior even dares to do so, but in my opinion some amount of ragging should be allowed as it enhances your bond with the seniors.

Students become eligible for placements from 6th semester. Most of the companies look for a minimum criteria of 7 CGPA. There are many companies visiting our campus every year and CSE students are getting most of the offers. The highest oncampus package is 34 lakhs and average is 10 lakhs. Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placements from the 7th semester. Avg placement for computer science 15Lpa. Highest placement 60Lpa (BTech Computer science student). Various companies like Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, HCL, and many more visit the college during the placement season. The placement record is 100% for computer science students

After 3years people are eligible for placement, many top companies like Goldman Sachs, google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, ubuntu, and many more companies visit for placement, and almost 90% of students get placement.

Students are eligible for the placements from the 7th semester. since there is no placement for natural sciences, below I'm giving the details of engineering placement. The average package is around 10 to 12 lakhs. Since the placement is still going on I'm not sure about the highest package. The students who are going for the placements will mostly get placed and a handful of students opt for higher education in abroad.
My plans after the degree is to go abroad and pursue PhD .

Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for campus placements from their 5th semester. They are trained by a council of professionals from the industry who guide us through the whole process.
A few companies would be Goldman Sachs, Dell, Microsoft, Adobe, etc. The average package comes out around 6LPA while the highest so far has been around 40 LPA. A majority of the students who do well in academics get placed.
I plan to work as a software engineer after my graduation.

Well, It offers so many courses like BTech in almost every branch and also bse and BMS but it also has masters courses like MTech and PhD Almost all faculty are from IIT. Their teaching format is also another.

Placement Experience:
All the 4th-year students((7th semester) are allowed to sit for the campus placements. We have 350+companies visiting every year (adobe/dell/Goldman Sachs/Wipro). The highest package is 31.5lakhs and the average package is 7.8lakhs.
Almost 90%students are placed. I will go for placements.

Placements are very good for the ECE & CSE batches. However other batches are improving year by year and becoming better. Notable brands such as Cognizant, Dell, Amazon visit the campus for recruitments and recruit enthusiastically as they trust the SNU brand and its ability to attract good talent.

The campus placement is good, the average package for engineers is usually ranging between the range of 7-8 lakhs with the highest package going up to 25lpa. A student is eligible to sit for campus placements from the 7th semester, proper training for the same is provided by the career development team.

One of my friends attended Shiv Nadar University. She loved the time she spend on campus.
Academics:
The course curriculum and grading system are designed in such a way that, you won’t be able to slack off. The campus seniors have taken a great initiative to decrease the academic load of juniors through the LASC program. Through this program, seniors teach important topics, resolve doubts and also help juniors plan out preparation strategies for examinations.
Ranking:
Shiv Nadar University ranking - It was ranked 84 by NIRF 2021.
Extra-Curricular:
As a student of SNU, you will get to take part in seminars, conferences and meet a lot of delegates. There are also many club activities. You should take part in at least one club during your time on campus.
SNU college fest, BREEZE gets better with each coming year. Friendly intercollege competitions and events are organized by the clubs of SNU.
Hostels:
There are ac and non-ac hostel accommodations. Each hostel has proper housekeeping and trash disposal facilities. Hostels also have laundry services. There are round-the-clock first-aid and medical assistance provided.
Food offered at SNU is good. You can also order in from eateries outside.
Placements:
SNU has a good placement record. During the 2021 placement drive, the average and highest CTC offered was INR 7.82 LPA and INR 24 LPA.
Overall, you can expect to have a good experience at SNU.
