I had an interest in Biology and I have got good marks in Biology. I want to research the prevention, diagnosis & control of infection & specific diseases. So I have selected this course. We have a total of 58 seats available in our microbiology department and we have 6 professors of microbiology. So the student-faculty ratio is quite satisfactory. Our professor sir & ma'am teaches us very well. They are very friendly with students and always keen to give us deep knowledge. They have taken regular practical classes which were important. We had one main exam every year. So we had to give a total of 3 exams in 3 years to be graduated. Exams were fair standard to pass.

After completing my BSc I wanted to pursue higher studies & I want to be a professor that's why I have chosen this course. We have around 11-13 professors and a lot of researchers. And we have around 110 students in our batch so the student-faculty ratio is one faculty per 10 students. All of our department's faculties are highly efficient. They have done their post-doctorate degree in different parts of Mathematics. Their teaching method is very amazing. They take regular classes and do regular practicals. We had 4 main exams to pass. Exams were not very difficult to pass

I love doing mathematics from school. I have always got great marks in Mathematics. That's why I have chosen this course. We had a total of 81 students and we had 7 professors in our Mathematics department. So the student-faculty ratio is one professor per 11 students. All of our faculty are very good. They have taken regular interactive classes. They have taken practical classes and taught us C programming very well. We had a total of six main exams in 3 years. We had two internal assesment exams and practical exams. They are easy to pass

I love doing mathematics and want to be a high school math teacher so that I did choose this course. We had 7 faculties in our Mathematics department and in our batch, we had more than 100 students. So the student-faculty ratio is almost 15 students per one professor. Our faculties were very qualified and simply teaches us mathematic's theory. They have taken offline classes regularly and in the time of the pandemic, they took online classes. We had some online seminars with PPT and we did C programming practical classes. We had six semesters in total. We had to give the final examination every semester. We had two internal exams before every semester. Exams were not very difficult to pass

Every year an exam was held and after that, the results comes 3 months later. Everything is good but the results are taking a long time. Teachers are good. The college is also good. Sometimes the short of teachers. Even the playground & water other services are available. Faculty: There are three rooms for studying Economics Honors in our college which are kept in such rooms as they are qualified and our teachers explain very well if they do not understand them very carefully. Our teacher sir takes us to the Practical Office, which he does not understand well in practical, holds it well and makes us really good at practising.

Chemistry is my Honours subject. I choose this course for many reasons.At first I love this subject.I want to khow more to the subject. In B.Sc Honours course, it is easy to khow about this subject. Also , after completing this course , it has a lot of opportunities to fulfill your dreams.That is why I choose this subject. There are eight teachers in Chemistry department in Ranaghat College. In every year student numbers is changed. Average 24 students are in Ranaghat College in Chemistry department. There is 52 seats in honours Chemistry. Teacher- student ratio is 8:24.It is sufficient. To join as a Teacher in Ranaghat College , you want to pass in required exams. Our most of the teachers has Ph.D degree. There is held 6 semester in 3years.In every year two semesters is held . Time duration for every semester is 6 months. It is very difficult to cover all syllabus in this time duration.

As I want to take a simple graduation degree so I chose this particular course. The faculty and students ratio is 1:8. The qualification of the faculty member is at least M.Sc & Ph.D. degree. The previous exam was held for 4 days.

Microbiology comes as one of the most difficult subjects yet one of the subjects with most scopes of jobs and research both. Being biology as my favorite subject and in need for stable jobs, I decided to persue this field and my college had quite a reputation in this department. Department's student strength is quite low, 41 which gradually ended up as 30 with 5 well-qualified faculty members (2 of them holding P.hd and others with a post-graduate degree). This small number makes the department feel like a family and I am amazed by the teaching skills of the faculty. Not only studies, they encourage us to do well in co-curriculums, nourishing our hobbies and make us do what we like to do. My interests towards makeup was encouraged by my teachers a lot. Semester exams are scheduled timely even when sometimes they postpone the dated due to unavoidable situations. The questions would appear difficult to some but with routined study-sessions, exams are easy to clear.

I choose MA because I have always had an inclination towards arts . The faculty students ratio stands close to 1:10. Which is actually pretty good.As far as exams are concerned.The internal exams were moderatly tough but I think they really helped me preper for the real semester exams

With ending the final year the all students become aligible for campus placement. But there was not held any campusing. So, i can't give many more details about placement and other matter. But I will go to USA when I get the degree.
