The teachers the realy good . education quality is so good
This college is very much old , it established in 2004 , here many cultural programs like freshers, fest , rabindra jayanti and some medical programs occurs which help you to relax also become knowledgeable.
Location of my hostel is quite good avery thing is near

Dislikes

No annual or tech fest are organised.. so we get bored
Very monotonous also old concept ... no students association are there don't have any rights to say anything
Tuition costs: the high cost of tuition and student loans can be a significant source of stress and financial burden.

At this moment there is nothing tp improve as the college is already under construction
The academic facilities are good and environment is good.
Labs and lecture theatre ar well organised

Dislikes

I don't like the surroundings of the college
The college is far from the market which is bad I think
We don't have any playground in the college because the campus is under construction

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is pretty tough as we have so many exams on frequent basis. There are three semesters and 1 final university exam per year . The syllabus for each year is really vast. It's must to study well on a regular basis. Otherwise passing the exams can be hard.

Likes

The campus is neat and clean......hygienic
All the teaching and nonteaching staffs are friendly and helpful..
Batchmates are very nice and very much helpful..

Dislikes

As a new college infrastructure is not complete..
There is no sufficient facility around the college campus..
Hostel foods are not hygienic and not good..

Course Curriculum Overview:

Mbbs is the study of medicine... I can save many patients life.. I like the clinical cases and there studies very much.. But the examinations are very tough and lengthy.. Syllabus is very much hectic... Its a challenge to pass the exam..

i like the faculty and stuff. they are good.
i like the environment and infrastructure.
our campus is clean and gives a good environment.

Dislikes

i don’t like the food here. it’s quality decreased by time.
our college is too strict to go outside.
there are no playgrounds for students here.

we have to interact with patients from starting. this helps us to deal with various kind of patients and we could understand how to manage them perfectly. and i want to halp patients with them . thats why i chose this course.

Likes

Study in our college is good as there are many teachers in all departments but sometimes it's too boring. I think all the medical Colleges are same in it.
Campus is good though construction work are till now going. There is many trees around the campus.
Hostel facilities are good.Now our hostel is not completed so we have to share a small room with another student.

Dislikes

Library is not so good till now, not so much books are available.
Hostel work should be completed as we faced problems for room's small size.
Canteen food is good but if it becomes more good then better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose MBBS as it is the most prestigious profession. It's my childhood dream to become a doctor. Because I want to save lifes of people. In hospital we can experience real life struggle of people, many problems related to them. Syallabus is very vast as compared to time given. After 2 to 3 months there is a exam.

This is the best college for dialysis technicians.
The working environment is good and lot of opportunities to learn new things
The qualification and teaching methods of professors are good.

Dislikes

Long time duties for students on daily basis
Schedule is not very flexible for self study

Dialysis now a days is a demanding health service. That's why I had chosen this discipline. This is professional course ,so it prepares us regarding practical need of patients. The course is a more of a practical course rather than theoretical.

My Experience as a Medico

It is the number 1 government college for MBBS in West Bengal. The Infrastructure and quality of education are worthy of its reputation.
As a medico ,you must have a good relation with college campus as we spend maximum time in hospital campus learning new things
The college itself provides internship and housestaffship .

Dislikes

The use of projector instead of digital boards

MBBS is the basic course regarding practice of modern medicine. It lays the foundation of your understanding in future specialties. I have chosen this course for its enormous opportunities in future . It is a professional course which prepares us regarding the practical scenario from the very beginning. Exams are yearly and they are really difficult to pass .

My life journey during MBBS

Likes

Hostel rooms are very good, spacy, well ventilated.
Mess facility and canteen facility are available, one can also cook food themselves.
Badminton, volleyball, football, cricket field are available

Dislikes

Latrine washing personal is often not working properly
Library has small collections of books. Current librarian is a bit rude.
The study rooms, labs, have not opened yet. Faculty number is less.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1. Very scientific obviously. And also rewarding. 2.current curriculum is based on real world apprehension. Very precise and accurate. 3.self directed learning should be implemented. Aslo attendence required should be decreased.(now 75% in theory and 80% in practical classes is mandatory for appearing in exams.) 4. Timing of exams - every 3 months. Difficulty is moderate.
