It is the fastest growing new IIM. And the overall culture of IIM Ranch. The difference between median and average is less means packages are not inflated and overall good distribution of placements. Improved NIRF rankings and completion of 10 years of IIM RANCHI.

The college has an overall proactive outlook towards a multitude of things and the growth shown in a short span is really commendable which means that the administration and the students have performed their roles with utmost dedication.This made me inclined towards choosing IIM Ranchi.

It is the fastest-growing institute among the new IIMs. The NIRF ranking has increased from 18 to 20 in 2020. It has a legacy of entrepreneurs in only 10 years of its inception. it has very experienced faculty.

IIM Ranchi is one of the top colleges of India that offers domain specific specialization in HR. The curriculum is industry relevant and aligned to ongoing practices in HR arena. The program is delivered by in-house and visiting faculty members from IIM fraternity.

i Researched on my own and found that IIM Ranchi has very good brand value and industry reputation,case based learning is followed in IIM Ranchi and coming to faculty they are top notch. placements is also one reason why i choose ranchi.placements are very good

IIM Ranchi was inaugurated only 10 years back, but has carved out a niche for itself in such a small amount of time. It has gradually come in the league of the older IIMs with excellent pedagogy and peer to peer connection. I was also amazed by the placement scenario of IIM ranchi which surpasses nearly all the new IIMs and has so many companies visiting the campus which others are lagging in.

Remarks:
The very first thing was the placement statistics, and the average packages the institution gets for its students- they are quite impressive and were a big motivation factor behind my decision. Also, the faculty, especially of the PGP-HRM course boast of very well-read and learned professors with strong hold in the corporate world. They shall be able to give us very valuable insights from the various domains.

It is one of the best B-school in the country. The beautiful location of Ranchi, strong placement record of college, expert faculties and IIM Brand attracts me to take admission in the college. Moreover, the alumni base of the college is very strong and their MBA HR course is helping in building the network of the college with industry HRs.

How good are the placements in IIM Ranchi?

During the MBA placements season at IIM Ranchi in 2022, the highest and average packages offered were INR 42 LPA and INR 16.62 LPA, respectively. A total of 77 companies visited the campus for recruitment, with 21 specifically visiting for MBA HR placements. The highest and average packages offered during MBA HR placements were INR 32.21 LPA and INR 15.63 LPA, respectively.
Top recruiters included Amazon, Ernst & Young, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Thomson Reuters, KPMG, IBM, Deloitte, Flipkart, PeopleStrong, Sony Pictures, Samsung, Aditya Birla Group, L&T, GAIL, ONGC, Michael Page, Cadila Pharmaceuticals. The top sectors for recruitment were finance, operations, strategy and consulting, IT analytics, sales, and marketing.
