Very good faculty and they are very helpful and very knowledgeable
You will get lots of opportunities for scholarships ( government as well as private scholarships).
Placement and intership are pretty good like iits or better than some iits and nits

Dislikes

Ya faculties are well qualified upto the degrees of phd and post docatarate but in terms of teaching they are not very good i say.they just come in class with ppts and start whispering and no one listens actually
There are some who teach good, but don't support students.
Some faculty isnt well versed in their subjects or simply dont know how to teach

I chose this university as they have a good reputation world wide and because of the fests and activities. They also had a very good faculty. The college also has a record of high placements in each branch.

Top ranked state college in Maharashtra state. Also the college is located in Pune and hence exposure is much more when compared to other cities in the state. Also Civil engineering is considered forte of this college and this all this makes excellent choice.

This is a new course that has a lot of scope in the future. COEP is a really reputed college in Maharashtra and it definitely has the best staff and teachers that are there for this course. aot of people who are working on ground are an alumni of this college. Definitely worth a choice.

Autonomous college and the oldest college in India with numerous alumnis who did great in many fields. Tge college is more like a brand in the field of engineering education. I knew some people who studied there and did pretty well in professional life.

The college is extremely good but some old faculty they have a different mode of teaching which makes it difficult for students to understand while the new ones know what students exactly need,but semester by semester New faculty is coming.

My Dream College-COEP

Remarks:

I don't have any bad remarks for my college. My college has already started to give me so much which I might haven't got from other colleges even this being my very first year. I am totally impressed by college management, it's history, it's unique facts and it's achievements. Despite being a State Engineering college, CoEP has same values like an IIT. Also the college is situated in the heart of the pune city in shivaji nagar. Overall this is a very good college to pursue graduation from.Here one gets a very good experience of college life and academics.The environment here is very competitive and nurturing for individual development.

COEP Pune is a reputed technological institute and offers decent academics and placement opportunities to the students. As far as teaching goes, you can expect to have 50-50 experience. Some of the faculties are excellent and have in-depth knowledge about their subjects, while others are not so much. COEP has a good infrastructure. The departmental labs are well-equipped.

The institute has a good placement record. The highlights of recent COEP placements show the median CTC to be around INR 5 LPA. VISA, eBay, Barclays, Oracle, etc. are among the major recruiters to visit the campus placement.

COEP’s Techfest - Mindspark is the largest techfest in Maharashtra after IITB’s techfest.
