NIT Manipur Course Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

For admission to the B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) program at National Institute of Technology, candidates must qualify the JEE Mains exam, with scores held over two sessions annually by the National Testing Agency. The best score out of the two is considered. General category candidates typically require a percentile above 95, while reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC, and EWS have varying cutoffs (SC above 85 percentile, OBC and EWS above 93 percentile).

Prospective students must have secured at least 75% in their Class 12 CBSE exams or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective state boards.
