- Yeah they are well qualified one proffessor i know he has done both btech and mtech like this many are well qualified another math teacher has very much social knowledge also like he is a member of one national commiteee
- The college provides a wide range of scholarships for merit students excelling in academics.
- I am an 8th sem student and i am proud to say that i have already been placed in a prestigious company with a great package.
Dislikes
- Very bad at this, there is no scope for any kind of fests in our college.
- I'll pay 250000 per year and we don't get any kind of scholarship because your cgpa has to be above 8.1 so no scholarship from government also they would discriminate us and they won't allow us to get it.
- Hostel rules are too strict, curfew of 7 is very early and the girls hostel is outside the campus which is a bit inconvenient

- Campus is really well maintained. The Bathrooms are cleaned in a regular basis.
- Availability of a lot of canteens for less crowding.
- Scholarships are pretty good and it's not very difficult to atleast get the MRD scholarship

- More amenities if possible like ACs in classrooms and more sports that can be played.
- The min 85% percentage attendance criteria is a little too much and since it's required in every subject, it is headache to maintain.
Placement Experience:
There are an insane amount of placements.
Students are eligible for placements from their 6th sem. They could also go out by themselves and get placed earlier too.
Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Google, Meta, Appl, Mercedes Benz, Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase, eBay, Cisco, Siemens, Netflix, Facebook, etc. have hired students from PES.
If you are a decent student, getting placed should be a walk in the park. Around 90% of the people I think get placed.
The highest package gotten to date was for 1.45 Crore per annum.
The average package last year was around 10 LPA.
Over 100 companies come for hiring people from PES. A few people I have talked to also prefer to hire from PES than a few IITs.
There are opportunities to take up Masters immediately after Btech but I think I would apply for a job and work on myself and take other courses online rather than pursuing Masters.
If you are interested in internships abroad, that is also possible. An all-paid for an international internship.

- The faculties here are very supportive and encouraging.
- The environment is very pleasant with lots of tree and fresh air.
- Infrastructure, many canteens with good food, amenities.
Dislikes
- There are Mosquitoes around, for which they do frequent spraying.
Placement Experience:
From the 5th sem, students are eligible for placement. Many tier 1 companies like Microsoft, Amazon, etc. visit campus every year. A few other companies like Adobe, Wipro, and Infosys also visit. The highest 1-crore package and average package is 17lpa.

Placement Experience:
Almost every student gets selected in-campus itself, the average package is 8lakhs and the medium package is 11lakhs the highest package till now is 1.25crore.
After my degree, I would like to take a data science deep study and then work as a data scientist.

i think from the 6sem we will be eligible for the placement selection.as the company that 1 crore package has been placed in our campus and above 8.5 i think so. my plans aftet that is to do mba in South Korea.

- The Infrastructure of the campus. The State of the art campus provides us a huge number of facility in order to make the best use of it
- The Examination pattern. PESU follows a unique pattern for assessing the students
- The Scholarships offered by the college.
Dislikes
- The fee paid for parking i.e., ₹10/- Bike(2 wheelers) and ₹30 for cars
- The arrogance of a few non teaching staff at PESU which is not a good sign
- Construction site going on in the college
Course Curriculum Overview:
The courses offered by PES University are more or less similar to the courses offered by other universities too. But here at PESU, the curriculum differs, which is mostly application-oriented, which attracts many students towards it. This method of teaching improves the industrial and work knowledge of the students. The faculty to student ratio is 1:20. Most of the faculty here are phd holders and few of them pursuing their phd. The Examination system at PESU is very systematic. The students are given Internal Assesments every 2 weeks once, based on the syllabus completed in the previous weeks. After the completion of Internal assessments, Students have a Final examination.

- Placement process has to be improved , the focus has to be more placements and placement training also
- Job training! was needed for the fresher's
Placement Experience:
You are eligible for placements from the 1st day itself.
Anarock, Aditya Birla Capital, Jaro education, CCD came for placements.
The highest Package was 12 lacs and min was 3.5.
80% of students got placed including me.
The placements can be improved.

In the college, for b.com from the 5th sem, the placements will start for students. The company like axxenture, Capgemini, London stock exchange etc. Many companies come to hire students. The average package is 3.5 lakhs and the highest package for b.com is 10 lakhs and the minimum package is 2.5 lakhs. Around 40% of students get placements and around 50% of students will choose for higher studies.

Students get eligibility for campus placements from the 5th semester. Accenture, capegemini and hp companies have made offers to our college. The highest package a company offers is 7.5 lakhs and the average package is 3 lakhs and about 40 percent of students get placed in college placements. I want to do further studies after completing my graduation.

- Parents meeting will be conducted after every internals

Placements will be fewer as most of the students prefer higher education if required they will arrange.
Usually, the placement we get from companies like Toyota and other automobiles' highest package may be 3.6 LPA which will be less as respective to a diploma qualification.

PES University is a good private university offering four-year B.Tech Computer Science Engineering (CSE) courses. It is one of the most popular courses at the university and is worth the hype.
Students can go through the following reasons to know more about the CSE course at PES University:
- Approvals & Accreditations: The university is recognized by UGC and the Government of Karnataka. It is also accredited by NAAC and holds the approval of AICTE, making it a trustable institution.
- Fees: The B.Tech CSE fee at PES University is INR 4,80,000 per annum and a candidate also has to pay INR 10,000 as a one-time non-refundable admission fee. The university courses are more expensive in comparison to other universities, so if you cannot afford high fees don't apply for this university.
- Eligibility Criteria: The eligibility criteria for CSE is very simple at PES University Bangalore. Candidates must have passed Class XII with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to be eligible for admission.
- Selection: The selection of candidates is based on merit in the entrance examination. The university conducts PESSAT to offer admission in various undergraduate and postgraduate courses including B.Tech CSE. The university also accepts KCET and JEE Mains scores.
- Minor Specialization: The students can also choose B.Tech CSE in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning as a minor specialization giving more aligned specialization to applicants.
- Seat Intake: There are a total of 720 seats available in the CSE course among which 288 are KCET quota seats, 288 seats are available for PESSAT candidates and 36 seats are reserved for JEE Mains students. The university has also reserved 108 seats for management/ NRI/ foreign/ sponsored category students. 43 seats are there for Lateral entry students and the remaining 29 seats are for CET quota students applying for lateral entry in CSE.
- Ranking: The university has been ranked 100-150 for Engineering (B.Tech) by NIRF 2023.
