NIT Mizoram Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

It was an NIT and it was close to my residence. Therefore I chose this NIT. Overall, it was a great experience. Being an NIT we had a wide variety of opportunities including inter-NIT events and meet-ups. The teaching lifestyle was also great. We've had campus placements as well as pool placement(in nearby NITs) drives, which opened up more job opportunities.

The campus placement is eligible in the final year for every college if I have not mistaken. In reference to some websites, IBM and Infosys are the big companies that came for placement. One student got 17 LPA, 88% in Computer Science I don't know overall. I will be giving an exam on Civil services.

It's the institute of national importannce. And the second best government institute for engineering after IIT. I want to be an engineer so I want to be in IIT but due to less marks I didn't get the admission in IIT. So after the josaa counselling I got the college.

Our college campus is really poor. Food is also not so good. Its very small college. Totally mountain place.

Our college is dealing the student with love and affection.Managment is good though we are not having campus.

Our director was very good but our dean and all other was not good. Management was not good

Well i m pretty neutral. Its not bad but its not good either. Overall its stretching its limits to perform. Due to lack of campus most of the facilities are scattered all over. Plus the location is highly backward in terms of development.

At last concluding all the points regarding this college approximately everyone will have a negative remark about this college because this college lacks even the basic facilities and is in avery remote location and that place is torltally different in terms of language, culture, food, and nature so a person who is not from mizoram or nearby bareqs will face lot of difficulties there even if there is not a single veg restaurant in the city because everyone there eats non veg and mostly beef, pork and chicken. Academically we can say that due to lesser number of students the competition is too low and the faculties are not good enough.

College is very good for the students who wants to pursue engineering from a very well established and with good academic records. Students can join the Institute for their bright future. It provides many opportunities to them.

College management is very strict disciplinary action may be taken if you found guilty.
