The campus of kgmu is incredible it's just so beautiful i admire the campus a lot and the hardware to make it so beautiful
All faculty care highly qualified and good they are very cooperative they are very supportive one of the best faculty inthe state they encouraged each student for study and play all faculty are very intarective
The peace in our college and environment of hostel give realistic experience

Dislikes

Paramedical students they provide us scholarship but this scholarship we get only one time in two years that is not good for students sometimes
The diploma in cardiology technician was good and interesting course but the harsh reality is there is no any placement from college.
Common classes: there is no good arrangement for the classes .only ppt .no clsses are held at other times very low

Prestigious Kgmu- a genuine review

Likes

The campus is so mesmerizing and big. It even has its own library and cafeteria
You get a ground to play, swimming pool to swim and lawn with a temple in its mid
The faculty is awesome and classrooms are equipped with latest tech

Dislikes

Campus could have been bigger seems small after sometime
Hostels are different for different years
Faculty is awesome but too many tests conducted that will annoy you

Placement Experience:

Our college provides placement offers to all the student who have graduated from the college the placement percentage is almost 100% the placement is of about 10 lakh per annum in government setups...

The campus is awesome. There is kalam center for academics that is full air conditioned. It has large classrooms with very good facility.the washroom are so cleaned. And the drinking water supply is perfect. I love kalam center.
There is nice wonderful sarswati lawn. That is full of greenery and there is temple also. That make the place so spritfull.there is sarswati pooja is organised each year by the 2nd year students that is the major event of college.
I our campus a big sports ground that name is sardar Patel ground. It has football ground,cricket ground, vollyball ground, basketball ground,lawn tennis ground. And the best thing is that the playing equipments are given by college.

Dislikes

As you know each coin has two faces. So my college has also some things that students dislike. Location is not suit the students. It is located in old Lucknow so the major city is very far from us.
And the wrost part is that every year our hostels are changed.so we have to shift our bags with memories. And except 1st year hostel all hostel are not so well maintained.
The life is very hectic. The college timing is morning 8 am to 5pm. That exhaust us totally.

From which semester students become eligible for campus placements-no placement Your plans after getting the degree-get good marks in neet pg and admission in good college and good branch of the medical sciences

Review of KGMU

Likes

Infrastructure of college give us feel that we living in a palace
Our college organise rapshody which is our annual event and many more event in a year
Patient load of our college so much and because of that we come across lot more rare case to study during clinical postings

Dislikes

As you are in medical College you will get very less holidays

Course Curriculum Overview:

KGMU is known for its academics and in our exam happen so frequently that is after one are two weak The curriculum is followed according to NMC guidelines Definitely we are studying medicine and there is no need to explain its uses in real world

A honest college review.

Likes

Infrastructure of college needs a little bit of improvement.Fests are organised as social activities.Campus life is overall good.
There are no such placements offered by college.Intership is compulsory in which you are paid with 12000/- per month
Faculty is almost complete in all departments.Teaching is mostly though PowerPoint presentation.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not so good need to be improved.
Hospital also needs improvement in providing some facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS Curriculum is well known. It prepares you both academically and mentally for real world problems. Frequency of exams is every 3 months.Total terminal, pre professional and professional exams are conducted in college.

The quality of education provided . Faculty is of high reputed colleges . 90% of the faculty has more than 10 years of experience.

Dislikes

No particular disciplined follow of pattern of examinations.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is as per the rules set by nmc . It is thoroughly followed . Every student has to attend opds from 2nd year. Teaching is in well coordination to practical knowledge. Tutorial Classes set by the nmc helps student gain a lot of knowledge by themselves.

Likes

The college infrastructure is really good.
The college life is very comfortable for everyone.
The MBBS course is very interesting to learn.

Dislikes

Location of the college is in a backward area.
There are no places nearby to go for shopping.
Outside the college there are no good places to eat.

Course Curriculum Overview:

After doing MBBS in India, we can become Indian medical Graduates (IMGs) and treat patients. The curriculum is very hard work oriented plus it also enhances your clinical skills. Difficulty level is hard. There must be more emphasis on the practical part along with theory.

Campus is so good that it feels like a tourist spot.
Seniors are helpful and patient exposure is good.
This university has prestige and legacy. Alumni association is good and helpful.

Dislikes

The faculty student ratio needs to be improved.
Initially verbal ragging will be there for about 6 months. No physical ragging though.
The annual fest can be better as compared to other colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course and curriculum is top notch. Faculty student ratio is not upto the mark but you will get many residents (PG doctors) and seniors who will teach you and take your class. So, you won't find any problem. Infrastructure is top notch. Lots of patient exposure. Variety of cases and an awesome campus. Also many extracurricular activities

Talk about placements there is no Garrunty to get placements in college but you can apply in other private and government sectors. The highest package of a dialysis Technician is 500000 Almost every student get placements
