NIT Andhra Pradesh Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I got civil engineering in my college. As our country is in developing mode the role of civil engineers is going to be crucial.The interdisplinary subjects prepare us for the challenges faced other than civil engineering.each month we have a exam to be specific 2 minors 1 mid term and 1 end term examination.the difficulty level is somewhat moderate.If we thoroughly go through teachers's notes and practice a few problems it is going to be very helpful

Placements are there in our college with an average package of 8 lakhs per annum but the highest packages they provided in the site are occupied in off campus and the highest package of 48 lakhs also came in off campus. There is an average placements percentage of 60-70 percent every year. My palns after getting this degree is is to secure a decent job in some decent company

Course is good and curriculum of btech we know that is same at everyone for this respective branches . Majority of the faculty member teaches us at the smartboard sometime student doesnot learn things but it is okk as a student of btech

The placement here are quite decent enough even the least branches would be placed with least package of 6 lpa but all is based upon the student he should develope skill irrespective of book knowledge they will guidance to gate, cat exams at final year

There are companies comming to the college, most of the cse students get placed and almost ece also the same situation. But core branches get only 6lpa jobs. Many students prefer self employment or higher studies or government jobs over core jobs

The curriculum and the teaching staff is very good they had recently changed the curriculum and reduced the number of credits and which is very good to not stress the students they are taking care of the mental health.

her is a four year course sonthat it is starded is august and eachbyear ther is two semester and also in each semester there is four exam hekld by administration first is minor for 10 marks and then mid for 50 marks and r=then minir for 10 marks and then end for 50 marks for every month ther is an exam

in my college lab is very modern and every eqipment is available so thjid is the reason for choose ythis course the there is some thjin which need for improvment like they shoul tech only that thing which is relatable for us

The course curriculum is so good, it covers every topic for gate exam and placements,but I guess they should introduce new domains like data analyst,block chain etc.. so students can choose their intrest and the frequency of the exams were in the 1st month they will conduct minor and 2nd month mid 3rd month minor 2 and 4th month end sem the semester duration is 4th months.

There are pretty decent placements.. before the recession the college has placement percentage of 90% with average package of 8.54 lpa.. and now during the recession the placements in every college have fallen.. however the training and placement cell is trying it's best to provide us placements.. the highest package offered here was 46lpa for a student from cse.. average package stands somewhere around 6-8 lpa.. to sit in the placements the student has to secure a cgpa around or above 6.5.. then he/ she will be eligible for the placements.. I plan on pursuing masters after my degree
