A Detailed Information About The Rajiv Gandhi university of Knowledge and Technology (Nuzvid)

Likes

Food facilities that is food quality and as well as quantity
Hostel maintainence that is for every one week there will be clenaing drill and the washroom also very clean
Academic laboratory are very good and academic curriculum also very stretchble

Dislikes

Same old fashioned teaching they should adopt digital teaching

Placement Experience:

All students are eligible for campus placements from engineering 3rd year second semester The companies that are visited my college are analog device s, Infosys The average package student getting are 350000 The highest package a company offered is 3500000

Likes

Hostel facilities is very good in my college, especially hostel rooms will be clean and for weekly once there will be cleaning drill.And hostel washrooms also very neat and clean
Second one is food facility is very good in my college.they will maintain very high standards of food quality they will give quality good with good quantity.
Academic curriculum is student friendly there will be no stress in academics we can complete our 6 years course happily without any pressure

Dislikes

My college will be like heat ball during summer time
Academic timings Will be tough compared to other colleges timings Will be like 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for campus placements from engineering 3rd year second semester that is 6th semester.The companies will conduct several tests including interviews group meetings based on the performance of students they can able to place on good companies. The companies which visited my college are qualcomm,Analog devices,TATA,TCs, infosys etc.,,. They offered almost 300 to 500 Jobs over 1000 students. Average package the companies offered is 3 LPA and The Highest package a student got is 40 LPA Percentage of getting placed every year is 36 to 60 percent My plans after getting degree is to write GATE exam

Our faculty is the vety talented ones and the quality of education is very often
Here the most fabulous thing is that the education is learning by doing from the pre university course it self
The infra structure of the collage is very fabulous and fantastic

Dislikes

Some time mess food is very tasteless and it can't be at that time also
The disciplinary actions were not liked by the students but those actions are required for the present generation students
Our collage will not teach above the academic standards

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our circulam is the one of the finest circulam.it wil give all the activities that liked by every student .this will encourage the students for learning the upcoming projects and ideas .our ece branch circlum differs from the other collage since the main core subjects are completed in 2nd year and remaining 2 years will be the stage to get the good career opportunities and to training for them

The harsh truth

Likes

There are many local people here and it's easy to communicate with students and faculty present here since there's no language barrier
The hostel experience is great since you have full freedom of choosing your roommates and to roam around freely if you're a guy.
There's a good female to male ratio in 6:4 respectively. Ie, there are more girls than boys here

Dislikes

The faculty aren't that great at explaining things and they have very little experience in field work.
The administration is totally faculty friendly right now and it's very hard for students to get any permissions etc.
There are not cultural fests , or activities here and there's just one annual technical fest which is also confined with a very little budget.

Placement Experience:

There's a good amount of placements here but they are mostly for ece and cse branches. Core branches rarely get any placements here. And those who get placed only get around 3-4 lpa packages on average with a very little , or one or two people among 1000 with packages reaching 30 lpa

There is no pressure for students in the college according to studies
Ground facilities for all the students in the college
Excellent classrooms and supportive faculty

Dislikes

The outing process for the students on the holidays
The security not allowed any food from the outside of the college
Mess food in the college is not good for all the students

After 3rd year 2 semester students eligible for placements. Mostly startups are visited to our campus and Accenture, TCS and Infosys are the major ones Highest packages are 27 lpa and average of 4 lpa. 70 percentage students got selected for placements Job is my plan after degree

What I observed in my study place.

Likes

The greenary and night time view and some special places like sac auditorium ect.
The climate on light rain showering day
The library facilities and cleanliness of library and labs

Dislikes

Mess food and mess maintanence is too wrost
The waiting for everything,even it is a small thing students gave to wait a long time .
Hostel maintenance, cleanliness and hygiene

Placement Experience:

The placement percentage is good as for now that is 97% in my branch computer science engineering stream... If no campus placement is offered then I will go with internship or else try for any government job.

My Honest Review of my university.

Likes

As you got admission in my college, your age will be 15 or 16. But you will live with graduating seniors at hostels. Then your idealogy will reach sky limits if you use your seniors in a right way. This is the topmost thing I like.
The relations like friends,sisters,brothers etc. will be created because the course is 6-year integrated B.Tech. You can make pure relations with 6 year people.
Of course, the faculty is excellent if you know how to use them. You will reach sky limits in subject knowledge if use the faculty in a right way.

Dislikes

The outings or leaves in first two years is difficult.
The decisions will be made by the university beacuse it is autonomous. It can take decision on its own. Sometimes, it changes it decision before a day. It will be somewhat difficult to manage but we can. No problem.
The grading system is very difficult. Of course, it will create the competition between students. But it is difficult. The grading system is relative grading i.e the last 5% will be considered as fail even if they got 100/100. There is no pass mark.

Placement Experience:

The student is eligible for placements at 3rd year of B.Tech i.e. 5th semester. But if get any oppurtunity before third year of B.Tech, You can take permission for HOD to avail the oppurtunity. Wipro,TCS,Analog Devices,Vedantu,BHEL and uncountable start-up's will visit for the placements. Highest Package is 27LPA and the average package is 5-6LPA. NOTE: For highest package, you need to a lot of hardwork as well as smart work. 80-90% of students are getting placed. Even if you are graduated, you will get the placements If available. Doing the job where I am placed or go for Masters.

Likes

RGUKT is best at its infrastructure. very spacious and decent atmosphere and also it has good ambience
For security reasons RGUKT is best for girls because they follow good rules regarding girls safety and also it has hospital inside the college.
It has library. And also college provides NCC and NSS. There are many cultural as well as Technical fests are provided by college

Dislikes

Here the food quality should be improved. Of course it can be able to eat but not provide us nutritional food
Wardens are not available all the time especially if girls want to go home they need to take leave from the warden along with the presence of parents
Hostel cleaning should be improved especially at restrooms

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year 2nd semester onwards student eligible for campus placements. Companies like TCS, cognizant, wipro, L&, Juspay etc. The highest package is around 12- 15LPA and average package is around 3.5- 5 LPA

Water issue during summer plz resolve the issue of water
There is a food court in our college so plz take action on that food court

Me and my college

Likes

The things I like the most about my college is resources. my college has huge resources to study.
My college has central library.it is the best to explore the new things.
My college has internet facility in hostel. They also provide the laptops.so we have study by ourselves.you have best atmosphere in my campus

Dislikes

There are less things to dislike my college. one of them is administration.it always changes does not have standard admission
Another thing is faculty. they don't care you personally and not enough faculty to teach
They always delay in complete the syllabus as per Academic calendar

Placement Experience:

After completing the 3 year.you are ready to attend the placements.there very low chance to get no placed in campus.because you have huge opportunities to attend the placement.the highest package from my college is 27.5 LPA .most of the students which means 95 percent are placed in Ece and csc the rest depends on their potential

What is your review of IIIT Nuzvid?

The facilities are quite good but you will not find smart graduates here. The classrooms are good with 3-star accommodation. Everything including the notices is sent online.

A peculiar thing that you will notice is that everyone here uses Linux as an operating system including Fedora, Ubuntu, and Zorin.
There are no hard copy textbooks and it is a smart campus with no electrical lines seen anywhere.
In your first year, you will do well, plus there is no entrance exam to gain admission.
Infrastructure-wise, the college is good. It was mainly started to boost village students to gain exposure to higher education.
It also gives an option of 6 years of free education to prevent girls from getting married too early.
There are also free food and hostel facilities for underprivileged students. However, the main drawback is that it could shrink the mindset of many students by making them complacent.
You will also find really good faculty that will help you secure a job later. Most lecturers here are individuals who have done well in their subjects.
Underprivileged students also get the opportunity to access movies and the internet.

Overall, it is a good place but most students end up being intelligent and not street smart here.

RGUKT Nuzvid is the only institute which provides students with laptop and internet connectivity. The institute has a population of 6000 students and 300 faculty members. The institute also has the biggest library in Andhra Pradesh.

Placements:-

RGUKT Nuzvid has a solid placement department for BTech and MTech students. Around 60-70 companies visit the campus every year.

Average package	INR 3-6 LPA

The top companies are Cognizant, IBM, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Intel, Internshala, etc.

Admission details:-

The institute offers 6-year integrated BTech courses with a minimum of 50% marks as aggregate in the 10th standard.
Admissions are offered based on the marks in class 10.
The candidates need to have 60% marks in BTech degree for admission in the MTech program.
Admissions are based on the marks in the GATE score, followed by counseling.

The institute is a fully residential environment with a ragging free campus.
