Know About My College

Likes

College environment is nice and peaceful.
Classrooms are comfortable with ventilation.
Faculty are knowledgeable and easy to approach.

Dislikes

Food is not upto standard and not so good.
Hostel wardens are not approachable and demanding.
Events are not conducted on specified time.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement during their third year semester 2. Written test is conducted inorder to shortlist the students attended. Previously, there was a high percentage of students who are placed. But due to recession in the recent years, the offers are getting decreased.

The adventures of college life

Likes

Things I like , in my campus is facilities like highly professional faculty and highly supportive
Infrastructure of the compus and greenary , mainly exams patterns system
Things like practical session and social gatherings

Dislikes

Overall water supply system of the campus ,which is the main problem of institute
Mess food are even worse than the water system
Hostel rooms and bathrooms are worse even the management isn't responding

Placement Experience:

Placements are very high with popular companies like tata , Infosys sumsung analog devices Highest average package is 50k .ostly all companies required above 80 percentage My plans are m tech after completion of b tech

Likes

Hostel rooms are good, class rooms are good
Academic blocks are nice with good architecture
Faculty will be well co operative and helpful

Dislikes

Food was not good with poor quality, cleaniness
Projects and research facilities are not up to mark

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is normal but tight schedule because of less time for semester, the exams are frequently schedule with normal level, they should add present world related accepts and conduct the competition on problem solving.

My college dairies

Likes

Our college offers a 6 year integrated B.tech course. 2 years will be pre university course just equivalent to intermediate course
From the intermediate itself, we could the freedom that of a Btech student. So that we can freely study whatever we want
The infrastructure of the college is very nice. The classrooms and hostels were excellent

Dislikes

The hostel mess food is not good in our college.
The college doesn't have incubation center in college.
The administration of the college is not well organised

Placement Experience:

Our college is having 7 branches. CSE, ECE, MECHANICAL, CHEMICAL, EEE, MME, CIVIL. The placements are high for CSE and ECE Also for EEE. They will get an average package of 5-6 lakhs LPA. Also some extraordinary students get packages upto 25 LPA. Last year 5-6 girls from mechanical were placed in Cameroon with 6 LPA. Two mechanical students placed in BHEL with 12 LPA. Fine the placements are fine but it also needs a lot of improvement.

Likes

College Life is one of the most remarkable and lovable times of an individual's life.
MH college is surrounded by lots mountains and our college consist of a beautiful library

Dislikes

Food Ofcourse food is the first thing that I dislike at our knowledge but most of all colleges like that only .
Second thing is wardens and some teachers they are treat us like we don't have anywhere to go

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think in my btech first year there is a lot time so we waste a lot of time if we change the time table a little bit it would be better we can utilise the time in some languages and in the second year onwards please gave more about drives

some small kind of partiality among seniors and juniors
intense work load which can lead to high amount of stress and burnout among students
Due to demanding nature of curriculum students often find it challenging to balance their academic responsibilities

for engineering 3rd year sem 2 students available for campus placements ,drives and internships ,student got jobs in many product based companied like microsoft, infosys, google etc . highest package is 63 LPA and average package is 7-8 LPA .80 percent of students getting jobs and my plain after degree is to build a new startup

Freedom to explore the yours passion. No pressure to study as labour which means no labour work at all.
Every department lab is equipped with high quality equipment. Labs and and infrastructure is good
Opportunities are very high. Here there are having so many clubs u can join to showcase ur talent which enhances yours inner talent

Dislikes

Mess food was not at good u better to make some adjacent which means bring good supplements for daily need.
Washrooms are not cleaned properly hostel rooms are some what uncomfortable
Outing are not allowed for girls . Some department faculty is not fully qualified they are contract based

Placement Experience:

Form 3rd 2nd semester students are eligible for campus placement ls There no companies like that which visited and no offer made. 24.4 lpa for a student in ece department. 70 percentage of students got placed. My plans is set up won start up

My college is good for education and studies and the college environment is nice for everyone
Taking care of all student in special caring
Higher studies also possible in our college

Dislikes

Hostel is very conjusted and for a room 5 members there
Hostel is somewhat hot when summer and winter is too cool
Classrooms do not have more fans and regulators for fans not there

The curriculum is best compared to other tech colleges we are more forward than others. The college need to improve the more number of books in the library The exams are conducted once in 6 months and sometimes out of syllabus also given.

A tale of RGUKT...

Likes

I like the environment here in rgukt , its very refreshing to mind to roam all around the campus.
The quantity faculty here always try to give their best to bring students to a respectable position.
Compared to remaining colleges, here few more students get internships and placements due to hardwork of students as well as faculty.

Dislikes

Primarily the Food , it needs a lot of improvement, i am not at all interested to eat in college mess.
The infrastructure in hostels is not up to the mark , so we have to comprise with it to get the quality education.
The management is very rude in some of the things , i dint like it at all , the management has to ease a bit .

Placement Experience:

From btech 3rd year student become eligible for the campus placements . Around 10 to 15 companies visit our college they are Bell, Intel ,Qualcomm, synopsis, and Infosys many more . They offer packages from 3lpa to 12-13 lpa . Around 60-70% students get placed every year. I am planning to crack gate exam and want to do my Mtech in any of the best IIT'S in India.

Mess food is not that good to eat, sometimes we can't even eat
Small play ground, as there are upto 6000 students there is a small playground

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am currently studying mechanical engineering, especially lab equipment is top-notch in this college. We understand real-life problems and solve them easily due to good explanations. Sometimes the exams are very difficult to attempt.

What is your review of IIIT Nuzvid?

The facilities are quite good but you will not find smart graduates here. The classrooms are good with 3-star accommodation. Everything including the notices is sent online.

A peculiar thing that you will notice is that everyone here uses Linux as an operating system including Fedora, Ubuntu, and Zorin.
There are no hard copy textbooks and it is a smart campus with no electrical lines seen anywhere.
In your first year, you will do well, plus there is no entrance exam to gain admission.
Infrastructure-wise, the college is good. It was mainly started to boost village students to gain exposure to higher education.
It also gives an option of 6 years of free education to prevent girls from getting married too early.
There are also free food and hostel facilities for underprivileged students. However, the main drawback is that it could shrink the mindset of many students by making them complacent.
You will also find really good faculty that will help you secure a job later. Most lecturers here are individuals who have done well in their subjects.
Underprivileged students also get the opportunity to access movies and the internet.

Overall, it is a good place but most students end up being intelligent and not street smart here.

RGUKT Nuzvid is the only institute which provides students with laptop and internet connectivity. The institute has a population of 6000 students and 300 faculty members. The institute also has the biggest library in Andhra Pradesh.

Placements:-

RGUKT Nuzvid has a solid placement department for BTech and MTech students. Around 60-70 companies visit the campus every year.

The top companies are Cognizant, IBM, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Intel, Internshala, etc.

Admission details:-

The institute offers 6-year integrated BTech courses with a minimum of 50% marks as aggregate in the 10th standard.
Admissions are offered based on the marks in class 10.
The candidates need to have 60% marks in BTech degree for admission in the MTech program.
Admissions are based on the marks in the GATE score, followed by counseling.
