All the facilities have very good teaching skills and they are very experienced and help every student.

6 sem. Student's are eligible for placement. Worldwide companies like microsoft, acrobat, facebook , Infosys etc. The highest package of this collage is 53LPA this year and lowest package is 7 LPA . 100 % students are placed.

In this college i like maintenance of the college They maintained college very much
Some faculty are so nice in this college faculty are nice when tou say to higher authority to change faculty they will change it
When you are in college campus you will do many things

Dislikes

In this college I dislike the approach system when you know higher staff then your work will done in some time
There is so much restriction you can not go outside the class before 12am
When you yoi do not pay fee timly they will increase fee charges will applied

Pros and cons

Likes

College environment is good and peaceful
Teachers are cooperative , friendly and helpful. They understand student's problems, academic or personal.
Departments organises different seminars and expert talks for different field students that help in providing real time solutions for the problems.

Dislikes

I don't like working saturdays. Sometimes the Saturdays are working for students too.
Whenever there's an event , students are not allowed to leave college no matter the emergency
The fests is not that good. Arey enjoyable but not that good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses syllabus is pretty relevant. The seminars and expert talks are organised on regular basis to meet with relative working engineers. The syllabus include each aspect of the problems occur being an engineer. Each subject have lab work too. The coding problems are solved in the lab under the supervision of the experienced faculty. The problems are very relevant to the real time working of the system.

This focality is very good and experienced and they help us for various types.
This college provides various types of placements and good campus life.
The quality of infrastructure is very good and very clean infrastructure we.

Dislikes

There is a nothing but dislike but there is some problem with faculty some faculty is very rude with some students.
The boys ratio and the girls ratio is about sixty ratio forty.
Infrastructure is very good but you can find there is a small infrastructure rather than other colleges.

Placement Experience:

The student is a visible for placement is around in the final or the 3rd year of the courts and there is no such restrictions for students for sitting on placement the company wasted in our college we have TCS and many more and the percentage of the student getting place is ninety percent and my plan after getting the degree is to Masters with job.

This callers provides various types of placement and good campus life the teaching methods are very good.
The faculty is very good and experienced and they help us for various tasks.
the quality of the infrastructure is very good and very clean infrastructure we get.

Dislikes

There is nothing we dislike but there is some problem with faculty self faculty is behaved rudely with some students.
University is very good but you can find there is a small infrastructure rather than other colleges.
The boys tissue and the girl tissue is about 60 ratio 40.

Placement Experience:

The student is eligible for the placement in around in the final year or the 3rd year of the course and there is no such decision for students for sitting on the placement the company wasted in our college is we brought TCS and many more percentage of the student getting bliss is 90% and my friend after getting the degree is to do masters with job.

Likes

They conduct fest and events good for extrovert students.
They take us to education trips and tours increasing our knowledge
They have various clubs and take students to big platform if they perform well.

Dislikes

Scam almost everything here feels like a scam and bani banai baate .
They have fines for everything even if you break a single small rule
They take charge of fest and events even if you don't attend them

Course Curriculum Overview:

I can tell about B pharmacy they teach us well but it is mostly theoretical knowledge pratical is too but it is really less compared to theoretical knowledge Syllabus is more and exams conducted are frequent.

Cgc is good but college life is not.

The top companies that are recruiting in our college such as Microsoft, Google, TCS, Amazon, IBM, Infosys and many more.
In this college, many placements are available for students who are good in their studies and got the highest percentage
Top roles offered are software developer, manager, sales, marketing, business development manager, information technology engineer, technical recruiter, accountant, and HR.

Dislikes

There are less number of student placed in reputed company and many students still struggle to get placed in any company
Placement in electronics and communication is very bad; if we SEE placement % of electronics, it is around 30% There are fewer companies for ECE; they prefer CU students in placements for placed first.
The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. More than 900 companies participated in the placement drive and offered more than 9,000 placements offers.

Placement Experience:

The highest package offered by rhe company amazon this year was 52lpa which is a very big package Percentage is 70-80 % getting placed I want to pursue for masters after completing my bachelors. After degree I want a good placement.

Our college garden is very beautiful and clean.
Our college environment is very much positive in every field.
The law building is awesome along with law boys🫰

Dislikes

Tooo much stress related to attendence
Students are not satisfied with the timetable made
Some teachers show attitude while teaching.Which makes a very negative environment in class.

Fees and Financial Aid:

I am currently pursuing a diploma in pharmacy. In the chandigarh group of College, jhanjheri, Punjab Total fee structure for d pharmacy is around 70000 rupees per year. There is josh scholarship too for the students. The fee may increase.

I like most the campus neat and clean environments
The students and staff both helpful and supportive
The canteen lunch dinner breakfast all good and make in proper hygiene

Disliked i most think that the fee structure of our college
Our Diploma fee is too high . We have requested plz do something

Cgc : the campus pros and cons

Likes

I like the Ambience and the vibe of the campus. People are friendly there, I've good friends over there. I like to go to the college cause of the Ambience and positive vibe there.
I like the canteens there, things are actually so affordable and really good with taste. I like that about our college.
I like the faculty as faculty is really so good there. People are so supportive.

Dislikes

I don't like the fees structure there. It's actually so not good.
I don't like the groupism there according to the states. Like haryana have different groups and Bihar, Punjab as well
I don't like the small grounds of the campus as there is no enough space to play.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd semester students are eligible for campus placements. The companies like tata, Microsoft, Infosys etc comes to our college for placements. The highest package is 53.4lpa yet so far and the lowest is around 3lpa. The percentage of students getting placements are from 60-95%. My plans after getting degree are to start my own business in media and management.

What is your review of CGC Jhanjeri?

My cousin studies at CGC Jhanjeri and it's a nice and average place to be. Following are some issues though, which may be burdensome:

If you wish to go out during college hours then you will need to get an application signed by the CC and the HOD. The process itself will take up a lot of time.
Girls can stay out up to 7 pm in summers and 6 pm in winters and you can step out to roam in the campus by 4:30 and you will have to return in two hours to avoid sending a call home.
You should have at least a 75% attendance like most colleges, but it will be evaluated every 15 days. You will have to attend 75% of 15 days to avoid detention during the Monthly Sessional Tests of MSTs.
The campus is verdant and hygienic and it has a playground, but it is surrounded by grasslands on all sides up to 5 Kms. It has all the basic amenities like stationery shops, sports ground, pool, games room, etc.
Even transportation is an issue and autos and buses are the only way but quite time-consuming.

Hostel, mess food, cleanliness, room Sharing are not any issues at all. You will not have to worry about ragging too. You can go to Chandigarh for shopping after getting your passbook filled and signed by the Warden.

However, you cannot bunk because the campus is small, you can get discovered very easily and may face some good punishment. As for placements, it all depends upon research-based hard work and skills. Major companies do visit for recruitment.
