Likes

The things i most like in college is good faculty.
Then its good campus and environment and peaceful area
After every 1or 2 month there will be function,(you will love it)

Dislikes

Teacher will keep calling you if you will not attend the classes
The rules of this college feels me like i am still in 6th class
Very odd rules , like in my batch teacher will keep changing your seats and keep shuffling your class

Placement Experience:

There are campus placements but you will be only applicable after 4 th or 5 th sem . The average package is about 4-5 lakh per annum. Now its up to you which one you will get according to your skills in work.

About the experience in CGC

Likes

I like the discipline in the college campus.
The atmosphere inside the campus is very comfortable as their is always a positive vibe that a fresh student getss
The faculty is also very good and helps every student to understand the particular topic

Dislikes

Sometimes the food in the mess is not very much good
Their is also the issue of electricity in side the classes
Their is soo much strictness inside the campus

As my course is bachelor of business administration and i like my course and college also takes many initiative to help the students to understand much better. And i would like to express my opinion that their should be some practical experience that should have to provide to the students

for placements student must take TPP by paying 3000 as joining fees in TPP they teaches aptitude and english as well as gd and alot more placements is based on marks obtained by TPP selected students after the marks companies takes interview of those students and selects the best among them

Honest opinion of a common student

Likes

The Fest and Cultural activities are absolutely good & Curriculum is quite busy which should be made quite simplified for students
People from all races are found, it takes time but with time you interact with lots of people
Faculty is absolutely good & helping in nature

Dislikes

Proper infrastructure is not provided yet
Bus service & Hostel services is not properly managed yet
Proper breaks are not provided, regular classes make it tough to sit

Placement Experience:

The most interesting part is the internship by which students are able to manage their expenses ,And students are able to take placement from 3rd year onwards according to their interest,bt higher skill they will be always beneficiary

The affordable college with best facilities

Likes

The transportation department is good and driver make us feel safe
The faculty is experienced and have good knowledge
The environment is cooperative and have clean and neat environment

Dislikes

The behaviour of security guard is not good
The canteen size is not good and there is too much crowd in break time.
The parties and events are not good and have lot of issues

the higher authority of college is very serious about the campus placements and the internships
the teachers are very experienced and have very supportive nature.
the campus is very beautiful and its lush greenry is amazing

Dislikes

the campus is very small and you will be boored in few days
the rules of the dean sir is very strict which gives you a school life feel
there will be a high fine if you do any wrong things

From the starting of the last year of your course you will be eligible for the placements if you fulfill the company fitted criteria. Many companies visited the college throughout the year like Microsoft, google, autodesk, wipro, XPERI, TCS and many more which provides the plenty of placements. The percentage of the students getting placements are not so much high. If I will not get on campus placement then I will try for off campus placement

All the higher authority is very serious about the development of the college and doing their best in every field and also minds the student suggestions. And the college also have very strict rules on ragging which makes it a ragging free campus.
the teachers are very supportive and also very experienced in their fields and their teaching style is also best and never felts us pressurised. And the college also very serious about the student placement and also support their ideas and funding.
As the college was established in 2012 it's infrastructure is also new and modernised and also continously developing and it's lush green campus is amazing and having lots of places for a happy time spending and the student are also very friendly.

Dislikes

The college is little small which will bored you fastly and you will start loosing interest. But it's increasing continously. And the hostel capacity is also very less and have hostels in their another branch
The rules of the college are very strict and the fine system is also not good, college will charged a high fine on your mistakes and also suspent you.
The placements number should also be increased as the student quantity is also increasing but college is already improving it.

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college is good and differs in every course, the highest placement record is 45.5lpa which is going to be increased the number if companies visiting is also increasing which increases the number of placements and the average package is 8lpa. If I can't get a on campus placement then I will try for off campus placement. Students of final year of their course will be eligible for the placements if they fulfill the company putted criterias. As college promised the 100% placement but it is not right only some students were getting placed who have some extra skills and knowledge Various companies visited the college every year like Autodesk, Cisco, XPERI, Toki, Accenture, Edoofa, delta x, RT camp etc and provides a good number of placements

I liked the young faculty provided bye the teachers
I liked the classes these is not much croud limited seats
I liked the lush green and a beautiful campus

There is nothing to be disliked this college

Placement Experience:

From sixth and seventh semester students are eligible for campus placement Companies like adobe byjus Samsung Google Amazon and more higher companies like Microsoft etc. Here is 100 percent placement done but with some terms and conditions

the campus is very big and have a good parking space.
the classroom are well maintained and have projectors.
the campus have its own sport arena and indoor games are also available.

Placement Experience:

the campus provide good placement and pacakage and the highest package is 45 LPA and the average package is 6-8 LPA .if tno campus placement is offered the person can easily take a post in any reputed company if its skill are good and their records are good.

The campus is very vibrant and attractive.
Also faculty is very good and hardworking.
Best Roi in terms of placement in Chandigarh region.

Dislikes

If you want to enjoy, this is not the right college because here 75% attendance are mandatory
Most of the companies are of sales and marketing
Most of the companies are not mnc, maximum of local companies visit the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to me this is best Roi Course in Chandigarh region because by spending 2.5 lakh you willl definitely get a min package of 3.5 lpa and maximum depends upon the students. And exams are easy if you have basic knowledge of management

What is your review of CGC Jhanjeri?

My cousin studies at CGC Jhanjeri and it's a nice and average place to be. Following are some issues though, which may be burdensome:

If you wish to go out during college hours then you will need to get an application signed by the CC and the HOD. The process itself will take up a lot of time.
Girls can stay out up to 7 pm in summers and 6 pm in winters and you can step out to roam in the campus by 4:30 and you will have to return in two hours to avoid sending a call home.
You should have at least a 75% attendance like most colleges, but it will be evaluated every 15 days. You will have to attend 75% of 15 days to avoid detention during the Monthly Sessional Tests of MSTs.
The campus is verdant and hygienic and it has a playground, but it is surrounded by grasslands on all sides up to 5 Kms. It has all the basic amenities like stationery shops, sports ground, pool, games room, etc.
Even transportation is an issue and autos and buses are the only way but quite time-consuming.

Hostel, mess food, cleanliness, room Sharing are not any issues at all. You will not have to worry about ragging too. You can go to Chandigarh for shopping after getting your passbook filled and signed by the Warden.

However, you cannot bunk because the campus is small, you can get discovered very easily and may face some good punishment. As for placements, it all depends upon research-based hard work and skills. Major companies do visit for recruitment.
