Campus was nice, football turf is nice, mumsoc president is pretty cute, and there's golf carts.
Placements is really really very good they provide many opportunities and many small as well as big companies come here for campus recruitment.
Faculty members are good they will encourage us in every aspect and motivate us they will give valuable information to be a differintiator

Dislikes

The clubs are useless, and no fests were organised when i was studying in the university.
Hostel fees is to high and food is not that good
The exam system is quite disappointing because there is no prior information about the exams.

Campus is very good, it is nice and sports stadium is good
Library and labs are with very good facility
Teachers are good they will listen and guide you accordingly

Dislikes

Management is average, sometimes they can't inform
Information amd communication gap between mangament and students
There is not such things you will dislike

the infrastructure is good enough to make you marvel on it
the curriculum at dsu is industry focused and updated regularly .Professors are knowledgeable and approachable
DSU celebrates diversity with students from different parts of india and even abroad .this has enriched my college experience . Cultural fests like 'Daisy' and technical events offer great opportunities to showcase talents and networks with peers.

Dislikes

the food cafeteria is very inconvenient to access as it is very far form the classrooms
some events that are to being held will be held during your class hours hence being unable to attend
while the quality of education and infrastructure is excellent ,the fees can feel on the expensive side .the annual increase in fees, typically around 5-8% , add to the financial burden . scholarships are available , but not everyone qualifies .

Placement Experience:

the placement for this college starts in your 3th year but this college also has a club that if you join you will be trained for industry level skills and given oppurtunities for internship by second year depending on your performance the club would cost you an amount of rs1000 as of now yearly

My personal views and opinion on DSU

Likes

DSU campus is very well maintained and equipped with modern facilities. The labs are advanced, the classrooms are spacious with smart boards and the library has a huge collection of books
the curriculum at dsu is an industry focused and updated regularly. The professors are also very helpful and approachable.
dsu has a very strong placement cell with a good record of bringing top recruiters like wipro, capegemini. It also promotes entrepreneurships.

Dislikes

While the quality of education and infrastructure is excellent, the fees can be on the more expensive side for most people.
the administration processes such as fee payments and scholarship applications can be very long due to a lot of paperwork and the huge number of students
the campus has few decent cafeterias but the food can get quite repetitive

Placement Experience:

The placements in dsu are top notch as the faculties help the students in their path of achieving their success and dsu has top recruiters like wipro and capegemini. it has a very good palcement cell and overall id say the placements in dsu are very good.

I like the infrastructure of our college, library will be open till 8 pm
Every student in campus will be getting placement drive opportunity
Experienced faculty will be teaching to students

Dislikes

I don't like timings of our college it's till 4:30 pm
Plantation of trees should be more in such a big campus

Every students in the campus will be getting a chance in placement drive in the highest package is of 52 lakhs and average package is of 8 lakhs 1000 plus companies will be visiting our college for placeing

The campus is very big with full fledged features which help the students like library, lecture halls and many more
Dsu has connections with vast range of companies ,so during placement it helps a lot even with internships
The campus has a lot of fields and grounds for extra curricular activities and sports events

Dislikes

There are excellent faculties but the faculty to student ratio is bad especially in few departments such has cs core and aiml
Though the college has good connections the university can get more exposure internationally by introducing student exchange and research collaboration
The campus is in outskirts of banglore so there not much to do after college or in your free time

Course Curriculum Overview:

The cybersecurity curriculum in Dsu is designed to provide both theoretical foundations and practical experience in key areas such has security, linus and other related topics . With labs and workshops we get hands on experience on real world problems which help us during placement and internship . The faculty and the curriculum are up to date and help us learn the tools which are currently needed. Cybersecurity isn't just about IT it's also related to law(cybercrime laws),business(risk management) so introducing courses related to them can help students In cybersecurity certification is important so helping students to prepare for certification such has cissp, CompTIA and others can help students a lot Coming to the exams it's not that stressful we will have a month or two to prepare and me personally think 1 week is enough to clear it

Its infrastructure and beautiful large campus
climate, greenry and location of the college
yulu electrical bikes and cycle facility for campus ride

Dislikes

gives extra pressure for studies that disturbs our personal study time
some professors does not support our own way to solve question though it is correct
city is too far from the campus and have to travel from public bus

Placement Experience:

Placement of this college is decent. If students give thier maximum they will get it and the good part is, the college pushes us for placements and introduces many more things for good placements like placement programs. If they failed to give us campus placement, it is quite tough to get off campus placemnt because of the competiton.

Dislikes

too much far to travel everyday for a day schollar
no proper network and wifi does not work some times
collage timings are too early at the morning

placements are really veery good in the collage as per the past records many are placed witha very good pacakged in a very good compaiies like google and many big big compaines are tied up with us in collage

The path ahead

Likes

The dayanand Sagar University campus is breathtaking and the college offers many facilities like huge lecture halls,ac labs and a huge auditorium.i really like the option of being able to choose a college or outside course for credit.
The facilities are highly educated and provide valuable insights on their perticular field of expertise.the curriculum offered is standard and there are extracurricular activities offered on campus.they are always ready to answer our questions.
There are many feats and hackathon being conducted very regularly.i really like the focus for the overall skills development of the students.they also offer skills enhancement training from 2nd year itself.

Dislikes

The students schedules are jam packed and there is little time to enjoy life outside of campus life as the college is soo far from any major city.the bus fees are also ridiculously high which is not justified ain the least.
Some of the faculty are not at all organised and are not ready to learn new things from the students .a few of the teaching methods are outdated and can be improved upon.a few lack the experience to properly handle a class.
The adminstration makes abrupt changes without any prior information beforehand .they need to be more organised and more systematic in their approach.they need to be better prepared to organize events and hackathons.

Placement Experience:

Students in 5th and 6th are eligible for campus placements if they complete the skills enhancement course offered from the college.But students also have the choice to persue higher education in masters.our college also offers campus exchange program with other universities abroad. Though our university offers placements the packages range from 700000 to 100000/-.and big companies like dell and Google do not come to our college for campus requirement. About 60%of the students are offered jobs after their degree.

CAMPUS which is large enough to get refresh and events and their hosting management are too good they give opportunity to everyone willing to participate and registration for those events are not head ache everything is shared in respective whatsapp
Students who willing to join in any event can easily get know procedure and timetable of those events ,rather than this labs and libraries are soo clean and their manitanance are also good there are nearly 100 people to look after
Faculty are really good they even do a personal mentor where we can share our pros and cons

Dislikes

It's far from banglore city so it ll take too much time in travelling
Some classes are having ac facilities its difficult in summer
Semester will be ended early as compared to any vtu college

Placement Experience:

From 6 th semester on wards students are eligible for placement here in dsu it is centralised placement it means all campus students placement held at same time so that all campus students are eligible to attend placement in any of the campus
