The English and Foreign Languages University Lucknow Gallery

I joined the film club the first day i got and i was surprised to find so many of my classmates to be a film lover as well. Together we screened lots of films, from Hitchhock to Scorsese to Satyajit ray.

Campus life is good as we have a small campus with limited people. We all share a little and cozy place and know eachother. Which helps us to bond with other people from various backgrounds. It teaches us about diffrent cultures too.

We celebrate the cultural fests as well as cultural events like World Space Day on 1st August, World Heritage Week in late November, etc. The library holds over 20,000 books and journals that is of free access in library timings, along with that, we have an e-library that is available for the students 24/7. We also have Literary Club, Film Club, Music Club and Cultural Club. We also have a literary online magazine named MuzePad.

My campus life was so nice. I always missing my campus. I enjoyed a lot with my friends and my seniors. There is so much clubs such as Film club, nature club etc.. There is the library and you can go read.

Because of very less number of students, there isn't any clubs to run, neither do we have any regular sports meet ups, but we often celebrate different cultural festivals as this campus consists of students from all over the India. The library has a lot of variety and a huge range of books to be offered to the students.

Even though EFLU Lucknow does not have massive batch sizes; however, the lack of numbers is made up by the beautiful campus of the college, which has several peacocks on sight. Besides that, the whole campus is like a large family where everybody is eager to help out each other. The university has a massive library, called the Everyman's Library, which has books on psychology, literature, linguistics, films, comics, etc. Almost every book that the student would need, in the library has it.

The college is ragging free. All the facilities are available which one is going to be needed in his/her student life. Library, auditorium, cafeteria all are there. They keep all the facilities well maintained. Gender ratio of the college is balanced. seniors are very helpful and they will guide you well.

The sports meet is conducted at our college every year in which all of the students take part from various courses. The activities at the sports meet include cricket, volleyball, basketball, Kabaddi, chess. It is a three day affair which is well spent by the students. There are special lectures which happen in the series such as foreign language teaching and Research, Sanskrit linguistics, opportunities in foreign languages etc.
