All you need to know about BASEU

Hostel Facilities:

The rooms are really spacious and since it is a new campus everything is clean and well maintained. There are 4, double and single accomodation rooms and initially in the first year you'll get a 4 accomodation room. The mess food is not upto the mark but it is just 3000 per month and the food outside is affordable. It is compulsory to live in the hostel till the 5th year

Getting to know BASEU

The overall infrastructure of the campus is amazing. The lecture halls are greatly made and even hostel rooms are highly spacious.
The college fees is greatly affordable and even hostel charges are amazing.

Hostel Facilities:

So for the first two years, stufents share a room with three other people of the same batch. On the 3rd year, you get a double sharing room and single rooms are given for 4th and 5th years. The rooms are very spacious and you are provided with an almirah, a table, chair and a cot. The mess is literally awful. They have a monotonous and puke inducing menu which is not recommended at all. The hostel rooms are very affordable.

Had a little issue with the quality of mess food last year, But they changed the cooks.

Hostel Facilities:

Clean hostels and available of 1,2 and 3 people sharing rooms. Hostel is well equipped with security cameras, water filter, cupboard study table and chairs and bed. As it is a residential college staying in hostel is compulsory. Mess will based contract where we have to pay mess bill on monthly basis. Quality and taste of the food excellent.

Hostel Facilities:

A room consists of 2 fans , switch boards everwhere , cot depend on the number of people sharing the room , there is a wardrobe , chair and table for each person in the room. Meal quality is good and the menu is mostly south indian meals. Registration process is simple and higly affordable hostels.

All you need to know about BASEU

Dislikes

You're not allowed to go out of the campus beyond 8pm. You can't go out of the hostel after 10pm. You don't get permission to stay out usually. Only on weekends, the in time is 9pm. This is just a very inconvenient rule which doesn't get changed.

Hostel Facilities:

The rooms are very nice and top class. One bed, cupboard, a study table, one shoe stand, a pin board are provided along with the room. There are common washrooms at the end of the corridor for people to use. A mess facility is available where we get breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner for Rs130/day. The mess food is okayish. It's like any other mess. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it's bad.

The hostel facilities are very good , they provide 24/7 wife, hot water and food. The meal quality is very good and tasty. The hostel fee are very affordable with fee upto 30k. The rooms are very spacious and environmental friendly.

Hostel Facilities:

Base University is completely resedential. It provides you accomodation facility at very affordable price around 10000 annually. Rooms are spacious washroom are near and clean.Mess foods are not too good not too bad it's edible. Mess fees are around 4000 monthly

It is a residential course, so it is compulsory for the students to reside in the university's hostel. The approx cost of hostel room rent and electricity is ~20k (annual) and is included in the annual fees payable to the university. Apart from that, the mess fees needs to be paid on a pro-rata basis each month.

BASE: A New Opportunity in Economics

Hostel Facilities:

The hostel rooms are very roomy and are well equipped for student life. The rooms on lower level are shared between three students and the rooms on the upper levels by two students. Each student gets a bedframe, a mattress, a pillow, a metal almirah and a desk with three drawers as well as a common dustbin and shoe rack. The meals are decent and there is an attempt to provide a mix of north and south Indian food to cater to each student. However, since we are in Bengaluru, the cooks are better at south Indian dishes. 30k all amenities excluding food which is about 3k a month.

My 4+ year experience in BASE.

Hostel Facilities:

Food included. Hostels are among the best memories you will have. Rooms are large, spacious and airy. View from the terrace is also amazing, with one side full of trees (and also the stadium of sports authority of India) and you can see the city buildings and metro from the other side. The hostels are new and well furnished. Every student gets a Two door metal almirah, multi compartment study table, chair, bed and shoe rack. There are washrooms and washing areas at each floor which are neat and well maintained. Individual Geiser in each bathroom. Food is ok, not the best but not worst either. It has a good balance of south and north Indian food. There are markets nearby, at walking distances which were already established because of national law school Bangalore and ISEC being very close to base. BASE and NLSIU are just meters some 50 meters apart from each other. Hostels are compulsory as it is a fully residential course even if you are staying in Bangalore before joining BASE.
