Life in my college.

Likes

I like my college campus; it is large , beautiful, well-structured, and well maintained. In front you have a mountain view.
Faculties are very friendly and helping weather it’s professors or staff.
I like the academic structure of college. It’s not that tough , nor easy !

Dislikes

The placement drive they provide is not that upto the mark companies
It’s away from city so if your vehicle got break down , so you have to call someone to help you out.
Canteen facilities are not great. They charge a lot but deliver the best food in terms of taste.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college pretty good. Most startup's and tier 3 companies visit in collage for campus placement. • From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placement drive. • Name of the companies visited are Nathcrop , BYJU'S , Tata Motors etc , 300 plus offers they make it. • 70 % student got placed • I am graduated student from that college. So i am currently working in a company which i applied for.

I like the college environment which is suitable for us to study
Faculties of rvscet are very supporting in nature
I like the big campus which is about 40 acres

Dislikes

College should improve the classroom furniture
They should improve the food quality in mess
The buses are overloaded by students so it's too suffocating for us to travel in the college bus

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements About 40+ companies visit every year and about 85% students get placed every year Highest package is about 7 lakh and average package is about 4-5 lakh. My plan after degree is to join a multinational company

College Reality

Likes

Teachers are good in behaviour and teaching is also good
Library facilities are very nice for students
Shops and cafe are there for students and teachers

Dislikes

Sports is not provided for students for encouraging to be active
Mentorship is not good at all for students,not provided anything
Bus is shortage is there too much overloaded in the busee

Computer science engineering is very needed to our day to day and in future.College should have more equivalents subject and training related to new technology.Porper lab should be provided for performing practical

All teachers are very best.all teachers are very best guidance us
Play ground for students. The ground are very big

Course Curriculum Overview:

One semester fee - 44700 only 2021 batch then 2022 batch increase fee 55000 something one semester fee but every year college provide scholarship for marks basics and OBC and lowest cast provided scholarship by government of Jharkhand

I liked the infrastructure of the college. The infrastructure is really good with well equipped classes and classes being taken in seminar halls which are completely air conditioned. The campus is small so it is very convenient to travel to and back.
The faculties are all experienced. Classes are conducted daily and every subject is taught very well and nicely, if a student is regular to class and pays attention to classes he can do very well in exams without any help from external sources
The hostels are very good with 24/7 water and electricity supply

Dislikes

Very orthodox thinking, opposite gender can't roam freely or talk freely. Everyone gives a judgemental look
Engineering labs are not well setup. Students may face problems
Library is not well equipped. Very limited amount of books and only open for 2 hours per day

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is little outdated. But nee subjects gave been added in syllabus to make it relevant to date. The semester is six months long and each semester containing two mid semester exams and final exam at the end if semester

Dislikes

Campus is very small and there is no cricket or football ground.

Teachers are well qualified and experienced.. They not only teach us but also give us experience and knowledge about work culture of companies, They also helps us improving our conversation skills by group discussion and debate

I like the teachers they are most supportive in back of students
Provide every books easily in library and you also take home
I also like session vice program organised by college

Dislikes

If you don't pay your fee timely you paid fine also with paying amount
The college are inside 3km from highway this is I don't like but it's okay because college buses are there
Labs are not very good according to me because of some issues

Placement Experience:

6 semester students beacomes eligible for campus placement Tach Mahindra, amalgam steel , tata steel , TCS , altratech , map my india , and many more The highest package is around 12LPA AND AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3TO4LPA 60 PERCENTAGE OF STUDENTS GETTING PLACEMENTS MY PALN AFTER GETTING DEGREE FOR M TECH WITH JOBE

The garden of ROI, BIT SINDRI.

Likes

Good faculties and green lush campus. Good labs too.
Mentorship quality need to be improved little so that we can gain more.
Social interaction is also good. There are lot of clubs to join.

Dislikes

Not utilized the space of the college correctly, it should be improved.
Maintenance of building is required to get some good feel

Placement Experience:

In 5th semester students get eligible for the placement, there are many big companies like TATA and JSW, Amazon and Deshaw visit the campus for recruitment. The highest package offered recently was 55 lpa. avg is 7 lpa. My plan is also to grab good placement.

Insights of BIT Sindri

Likes

Lots of leisure time apart from academics.
Large campus area, good for running and morning walk
police protection for girls and separate road for them.

Dislikes

Senior ragging (light ragging like calling sir )
academics:- no proper exam/ holidays calendar and no pre defined things
somewhat faculty :- some of them are only for taking salary not for teaching.

Placement Experience:

Yes placements are there but not as much as good than Top NITs/IITs. This colleges gives you double of the money which you will invest in your 4 yr of B.Tech. Mainly 80% of students get placed with 8.5Lpa average ctc and get upto 55Lpa if you manages to crack MNCs for tech.

Good hospitality in hostel, regular classes 10 am to 5pm
Smart board on every class , regular ppt programs

There Is a branch cse , which not good in this college

As I know teacher are so educated and they have many industrial experience that's why they have good method of teaching I suggest the college for improve sports activities in regular basis , available more equipment for sports
