Overall subjects are hard for marine engineering but the faculty here is good enough and informative lectures and giving good knowledge also for the development of students here for their bright future

1:8 is the ratio of teacher to student . Faculties are very cooperative and help student in almost all problems and also guide us for our future . There are 4 to 5 faculty who are very much senior in our profession and they also share there experience on board. My favourite teacher is mr. Gopal krishna sir he was very superior in automation and he also worked in Samsung company . I liked him because his way of teaching is very much friendly. Basically there are 8 to 9 written exams per semester on an average and 4 practical exams. Almost 80 percentage of student are able to clear these exams.

Faculty are super nice here , nandkrishnan sir is a faculty who is laiked by many and there are other good and supportive techears faculty to student ratio is around 20/160 , there are exams per semester and they are wuite hard to pass , approx 10 to 30 percent people in one or more subjects

The permanent faculty appointed by the headquarters from Chennai are highly qualified and excellent, but the local visiting faculty are mostly non qualified and ignorant. Most don't even belong to the shipping field, which would be advantageous

Faculty members are quite good and qualified enough. They have an industry experience. They take the classes regularly and make us understand each and everything. A ppt is made available to you for your own study purpose.
