- Due to proximity to Boston and northeastern region, winter months are frigid with temperatures dipping upto -25 degree centigrade

- The campus is well-equipped with modern facilities. The library is a bit smaller compared to other R1 universities, but it is sufficient. There are multiple student clubs. Sports and athletics facilities are among the best in this region.
