mess's food is pretty above average, considering other colleges.

Hostel Facilities:

There arent enough hostel to accomodate every one in the college thus people have to leave college onfrom 2nd year to live near the college in rented apartment. These students are chose on basis of their cgpa. but hostel are off good quality. and new.

The culture is AIT, where you gotta wear formals for 2 3 months, and there is an hostel intime varying from 8pm to 11.30 pm depending upon how the situation is in the college.
The college's infrastructure is below average, there aren't enough hostels to accomodate every single student here thus some students have to leave hostels and become day scholar(on the basis of cgpa)

There aren't much hostels here, people have to get out of hostels. Only FY are given 100% accomodation, but further year students have to become day scholar. Infrastructure for accomodation is very poor. Mess food is average or below average sometimes just like any other college mess.

the hostels are kept clean with regular housekeeping and proper sanitation.

some students report slow WIFI , especially during peak hours

the hostel facilities are decent .rooms are shared among 2-4 students .each room is furnished with beds chair and warddrobe. rooms have 24/7 power backup with fans and tubelight . high spped wifi is also available but speeds may vary. regular cleaning services for washrooms and toilets is regular. the meal quality is decent but varies breakfast is usually light with options like poha , upma bread butter. students can also go to canteens for eating food.

Real Facts of AIT

The hostels are alloted on the basis of merit, ranging from singlets to top 10. And doublets and triplets to the rest. Hostel is compulsory in 1st year. And you can choose to be a day scholar since second year. The building construction is fine and cleaned regularly. Students are locked inside for the night and no order are allowed expect the night canteen that rarely is functioning. Till 12pm max. The food quality of mess is above average. The food is occasionally bad. The only issue is that having similar food everyday bores any person.

the college is full of greenery and there are seperate hostels for each year so there is no ragging .

It is just like military quaters old but desent all the facilities are given , The hostel is around 100000 for every year , there are different kind of rooms like singlets , dublets , triplets , fivelets depending on your score and attendence and cgpa scored.

Hostel room are okay okay for first, second and third year, but 4th year H wing is way better, I'd say they should make every hostel like that only Facilities they provide in a room - a bed, an almirah, shoe rack that's it Cleaning is done like regularly, no complains, for the clothes washing also laundering facility is there. Wifi they provide in hostel, very bad can't even open other websites than you tube (study realted you can but not whatspp and all) , they give wifi in only one device that is laptop No network in first year and 4th year hostels, I mean they know this still they don't give wifi in two devices Seeing the fees around 1lakh for the hostel Food is also ok ok, mess management is also good no complains from my side as such Hostel is in capmus only, so yeah that is plus point Registration process is very simple it'll be at the time of admission

The college is not good in mess food beecoz it doesn't suit to North side people

The college provide rooms according to the merit list like the top 10 toppers of one branch get singlet and rest of them get doublet, triplets, fourlets, five let'sand in each room one student gets one table, 2 cupboards and 1 chair and an electric board near it's bed and a cushion and a pillow and all the facultys are good enough

Facilities provided in hostel rooms are - wifi , hot and cold water both for drinking or bathing , 24 hours water supply , rooms are equipped with good beds and almirahs and study table which help a lot. Meal is very good we have breakfast, lunch , snacks at evening and dinner Each time different meal is served . We are alloted hostel based on our merit and should have 85 percentage attendance. If want to rent there are various places outside like dighi hills.

The hostel and message fees combined is around 100000. This includes wifi facilities and laundry services also In first year it is compulsory to live in hostels. Room allotment is based on merit and types of room is also based on merit like singlet,doublet,triplet etc. Mess mood is average it has a fixed weekly menu which includes many optionsm.
