BPIT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I chose this college because I have got 10k rank in IP entrance exam. During the admission process there were three rounds and seats get filled on the basis of ranks. After the three rounds there was a spot round in which the remaining seats of the college get filled based on the rank criteria. During my time I had two options to choose from NIEC CSE and ECE BPIT and i chose ECE because I preferred college location because I Had recieved some negative reviews of NIEC from my friend so I decided to join BPIT. Admissions took place in june or july of that year.

Placement cell is giving better performance every year. Various companies for all the courses visit the campus every year. College starts placement activities in the 7th semester and preparation begin as soon as 6th semester. Recently Amazon web service offered 30 lac packages to 5 students but keep in mind that placement packages depend on skills acquired by students for which you will have to do courses from outside institutes. Average for CSE is around 3-4 lac but is getting better. CSE has better placement record as compared to other departments. College also conducts classes to help students in placement.

Placements are started in the 4th year. Preparation for the same is started from the 3rd year itself. Placement records are getting better every year. This year 5 students have already bagged a 30 lac package from AWS. Various companies visit the campus for Placements. Most probably R&D companies will be visiting soon. Most of the students get placed but packages vary for all. The average package is around 4 lac for CSE. Placement percentage varies for all, maximum for CSE then IT then ECE, and last EEE. Rest it also depends on coding skills or core knowledge of the individual. Coding classes are also held for students to get good Placement.

In college, the fest conducted are very much attention seeker, and during the fest, college classes didn't took place. These activities helped students to enjoy it to it's full extent. Metro station, eateries, Metro Walk Mall, G3S Mall, NSP, are all in close range, which makes student to enjoy their college memories. Scholarships are provided to first three toppers of all branches.

Many events takes place in our college 3 fests are organized per year and sports meet, alumni meet, fresher's party, farewell and many more like them also held too. Different societies are present in our college like dramebaaz the drama society, mavericks the dance society who won the anugoonj fest this year, chromavita the art society and many other. Their auditions are fun-energetic. Many workshops are also take place in out college

The college has its fest which takes place once a year and also festivals like Holi, Diwali, Independence Day, Republic Day are organized. The campus crowd is good and mixed. The college is well connected with metro and DTC services. The campus surroundings are neat and clean and pleasant. The college provides scholarships to top students per semester.

It's the only good college where I was getting good stream I opted for IT in this college IT is the only stream which is good after CSE IT has same placement just like CSE so its also good its one of the most easiest subject Also college got a calm and peaceful atmosphere

Faculty of college is good, the campus is also very well organized and all the basic facilities are available here, the connectivity of the college is also good and there is no problem of transport here.

According to what I heard I came to know that this college provides good placement to it's students and the environment it provides to the students is extremely productive and the faculty of the college is also good.

I did some research about it and found out that it comes in the 3rd position in GGSIPU affiliated colleges (at that time) and after talking to some seniors from my school that were in this college,got to know that even the placement is good.
