Likes

I liked the free time provided over here, there is no strict rule regarding seventy-five percent attendance and you can stay on your hostel and prepare for other things.
The return on investment is very good over here. The placements provided in comparison to fee structure for four years is very good in my opinion.
Some Seniors provide very good guidance if asked for and try their best to help their juniors regarding any matter.

Dislikes

Smoking, drinking is common in the campus and there are no restrictions imposed on these matters by the administration.
Ragging is a very common thing over here you have go through such a long way to go to class even if there is a short way due to seniors and you cannot go around in half pants or shirts or even chappal.
Conflict between branches between seniors and juniors are very common here stoning is one of the major event ,which is known as fest of BIT.

The placements of core branches are very good over here special for metallurgical, mining, chemical, and mechanical branches. Most branches apply for off-campus placements at their dream companies. Some students use their free time to study for the gate for higher studies. From the seventh semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies such as tata steel, Vedanta,tcs ninja,hcl, and Samsung visit the campus.

Good college with good investment of returns

Likes

Faculties are very supportive in academics.
Campus size is very big and infrastructure structure is also very good.
Clubs and societies are very dynamic and organises events regularly

Dislikes

The campus size is very big but not used effecienly
The market are is not developed briefly it is situated in remote area.
The hostel room occupancy is 4 minimum hence so many disturbance and distraction occur.

Placement Experience:

The placements of bit Sindri are very good and it increasing every year. A minimum of 90 % of the students are placed every year and this year's highest placement is 50 lac per annum. My plan is to get placed in good company with good packages.

Professor are very supportive and helpful
Senior help to how to prepare examination
Environment of campus are very greeny nature

Dislikes

Workshop Machine is very old must be replaced
Wifi facility is not available in college

At the end of the sixth semester, students became eligible for campus placement Google, Samsung, Amazon, adani, Wipro, ticon 76Percentage students are get placed First of all, take placement after that I will clear the Upsc examination

Best college of Jharkhand with good return of investment

Likes

College is very affordable and very good return of investment.
College provides you lots of oppurtunities to grow.

Dislikes

The infrastructure was not well maintained.
There is no sports complex inside the college.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester students are eligible for internship and placement opportunities by different companies like TATA Steel,tcs, Amazon, Samsung, DE SHAW, VEDANTA, and CAPGEMINI, Around 90 percentage students are placed this year I wanted to be placed for top companies.

Our teachers teaching quality is very good, So I recommend to all students to join our college. The curriculum is properly updated according to the needs of students, And professors makes us job ready. Dislikes Most of the faculty members are outdated and lack innovative teaching skills, However, the course curriculum of this college is similar to the course curriculum of IITs

Please p is the is very less compared to the other colleges even compared to iits and NITs the one of the cheapest call is from where you can do b.tech

Inside is like is the area of campus is 2 big and its sometimes we feel bore while going to work classes

The placements percentage and a good placements in every branch.
Very affordable tution, hostel fees making less burden on parents.
Regular workshops, seminars, webinars, labs, etc

Placement Experience:

A student is eligible for campus placements after the 6th semester. The companies started visiting campus at the start of the final year. Companies from various sectors core, consultancy, and IT such as Samsung, Deloitte, Slumberger, Tata Steel, Vedanta, JSW, Aditya Birla, Infosys, TCS and many more visited the campus. The highest On Campus package last year was 14.5 LPA given by Samsung and Off Campus it was 44 LPA (Amazon). The average package last year was around 6.5 - 7 LPA.

Likes

Teachers are very supportive. They encourage us to be well prepared for placements.
Seniors are very good. They show the right path to be followed to achieve good placements.
Campus is very bis and greeny. There are many placed to walk in evening.

Dislikes

There is no well equipped playgrounds to play.
Buildings are vey old. There must be manufactured new buildings.
There is an old auditorium. The authority must make a big and beautiful auditorium.

Why to love bit .

Likes

Very good interaction with seniors & professor .
The superb alumini network helps a lot of someone from but to get various opportunities
The free is too low very affordable , nobody gets lower than 8 lpa & as mtech is also provided in this college .

Dislikes

Big campus we have to walk a lot , transport facility is not so good ,
As coal mine are too near so that outside the campus there is too much dust .

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year students become eligible for campus placement there are various company visiting the are campus including infosis, Tata , Google , samsung , Amazon , Flipkart , and there are various companies as well ..... Package provided by all these companies is 8 lakh and the highest is 60 lpa there is 95-100% placement after getting degree my plan is to go abroad and study .

About BIT

Likes

I like the large campus size of 500 acres of BIT Sindri.
I like the friendly and cooperative faculty members of BIT Sindri
I like the club and the events organised by them

Dislikes

I have the dislike for the location of the as it is located for a from Dhanbad
I dislike the fact that there only two ground 3000 students so the grounds are bit overcrouded
I also dislike the fact that the male to female ratio of the BIT Sindri is very high

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course because I liked the branch and the future job prospects associated with it. Faculty members are good and the faculty-student ratio is 1:50 Faculty here are quite qualified and they have done PhD and their method of teaching is very student-friendly. There are 2 mid sems and one end sem in each semester.

From what I’ve heard from my friend who is currently a student of BIT Sindri, there is ample time for students to prepare for exams like UPSC, GATE, etc.

The area of the campus is about 400 acres. BIT Sindri is a good engineering college and is located in the town of Sindri which is 25km from the city of Dhanbad.
BIT Sindri has a total of 26 hostels for boys and girls. The different departments of the college are allotted their own buildings for their classes and activities.
There is an auditorium on the campus. There have been some reports of ragging, though, in the first and second years.
The best departments in the institute by far are mining and metal because of good placements.
Lately, a number of good companies are visiting the campus so the statistics of placements are improving by the day. The average CTC has been recorded to be 4.51 LPA while the highest salary is 10.12 LPA.

The institute also holds an enviable rank amongst other engineering institutes of Jharkhand.
