Our college is absolutely worth the money, but you have to improve yourself on your own.I always want to get a government job, so the GATE exam is the best way for any engineering student to get it. I got ample time to prepare for GATE exam.Our college is good, and it is value for money.You can choose BIT SINDRI because it is far better than those private colleges taking huge money, it has 10 branches and is the best college in the state

No. 1 jharkhand government college, with prominant record of prestigious alumnus. College has good infrastructure with good faculty members with very good placement record. The college campus is also been great and green.

Remarks:

I chose this college because it is on of the prestigious college in Jharkhand. I cleared JCECE and got admission here. One reason was also thaf it is near my home town so that i can easily up down from hostel and home. It has less annual fees as compared to other colleges.

Remarks:

BIT SINDRI is one the premiere government college of jharkhand. It is well know for its alma matter which are currently serving at top position in various fields. Moreover BIT SINDRI is ranked as a top college for return on investments. Studying at BIT SINDRI is quite economical and they have highly qualified and skilled professors. BIT SINDRI is the only government college in Jharkhand which is certified by NBA, incuded in ATAL INNOVATION list and much more.

Remarks:

I had chosen this college because, before counseling, I contacted many seniors and super-seniors. They suggested that chemical engineering is a good branch, and the chemical branch of BIT is far better than any other college of Jharkhand region. It is one of the best colleges, which provides placements and jobs very easily.

Remarks:

The colleges have a very good placement record, especially for core branches. The average package of core branch is 5 to 6 lacs per annum and that of the mechanical branch is 4 lacs per annum. The companies like Samsung, Honda, Tata, etc. for core branches come to college for recruitment.

Brand value and best and return on investment. It is the best college if one wants to study core engineering branches in Jharkhand. Above all it is easily affordable and students do not have to worry about student loans or anything. Placements have also improved and are on the rise.

Placements are quite good in my branch that is electrical engineering. The average package of placement is 9 lakhs. Ranging from 22 lakhs placement to 8 lakhs placement, this college have a diverse range of placement packages. The college also provides internship through the online internship platform internshala.

Remarks:

This college is one of the oldest and prestigious college in india. If you are from jharkhand and you don't able to make in iit dhanbad, nit jamshedpur, bit mesra though bit mesra is topmost private college if you have money I suggest go there without thinking too much but bit sindri is not bad to opt.

From what I’ve heard from my friend who is currently a student of BIT Sindri, there is ample time for students to prepare for exams like UPSC, GATE, etc.

The area of the campus is about 400 acres. BIT Sindri is a good engineering college and is located in the town of Sindri which is 25km from the city of Dhanbad.
BIT Sindri has a total of 26 hostels for boys and girls. The different departments of the college are allotted their own buildings for their classes and activities.
There is an auditorium on the campus. There have been some reports of ragging, though, in the first and second years.
The best departments in the institute by far are mining and metal because of good placements.
Lately, a number of good companies are visiting the campus so the statistics of placements are improving by the day. The average CTC has been recorded to be 4.51 LPA while the highest salary is 10.12 LPA.

The institute also holds an enviable rank amongst other engineering institutes of Jharkhand.
