College of Engineering Thalassery Kannur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students can sit for placement since the seventh semester. So many multinational companies visit the college every year. Major companies are tcs, infosys, wipro etc. About 60% of the students get placement every year with a package of 8 lakh per year.

Students become eligible for placement in the sixth semester. Many core companies like tcs, wipro, infosys etc visit the college for placement. About 60%of the students get placement in every year. They get an average package of 4-5lakh per annum. After degree iam planning to do my higher studies in abroad.

From semester 5 students become eligible for placement in the college of engineering thalassery there so many famous companies are coming for placement. Like infosys, infotech etc 70 percent of students get placed in companies in a year. In some of the companies want the students with no back paper and also cgpa above 7 so it is necessary for a good performance in our academic activities. If we cannot place we can choose to take m.tech. To take m.tech we should pass in the NET exam with good marks.

My plan is To get placed in top companies such as Infosys, tata, etc. Or to for higher studies take MTech or MBA in top universities. For placement, students have to reach the 7th semester, a large number of companies are coming to take students 50 percent of students get placed. Many 7 cgpa is required for qualification to placement.

I selected electronics and communication because an electronics engineers is efficient in circuit management as well as in programming. Python, C, embedded programs are come under this branch. Electronics branch further divided in to two. Almost 100 students are there in my year and around 25 faculties in department Duration of BTECH is 4 years, that is 8 sem Each year consist of 2 semesters, and each sem consist of 2 internal exam and one public exam

Students become eligible for campus placements from S7 onwards. various companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc visit the college for placement. Around 60% of the students get placements at an average package of 4-5 lakh per annum. I am planning for my higher studies after my degree.

Nowadays the placement increases a lot. Almost 40-50% students getting placement in each year. We are eligible for campus placement till 6th semester. Mainly recruiting companies are TCS, Inforsys, Wipro. etc. After getting campus placement we can shift to higher companies after getting years of experience.

There are many companies that come to our college like wipro , tcs, etc. Many of them mainly go for higher studies and some looks jobs abroad. Almost 50% of the students got placed last year .I'm also planning to get a job after the course.

The final-year students are eligible for campus placements. But every year students can apply for foreign internships. Every year companies like Wipro, EY, etc come for recruitment. Some companies don't care about 1 or 2 backlogs but some select only the students with high CGPA. 20 or 25 students get placement from each branch while some others choose for higher studies and government jobs.

One of the best college under CAPE ( Co-operative Academy of Professional Education), established by the government of kerala in the year of 2000 and is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. College is located at the top of the hills with serenity. All facilities at the college are of good standard.
