DMCE Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students become eligible for campus placement from 7th Semester. Variety of companies like Capgemini, TCS, Godrej, LTI, Reliance JIO and many more. Total 185 offers were made in last year. Highest package was of 10 L.P.A. offered by LTI. Around 50% of students were placed from Computer Department, and others went for higher studies or off campus placements. My plan is to pursue higher studies.

Placements are good at least from what I have heard from my seniors. some good companies like TCS and Capgemini do come for placement. Around 70+ % of students get placed from Comp and IT branches. I have no idea about other branch placements but it would be less from Comp and IT Department.

I have chosen the score of computer engineering. The faculty and student ratio is perfect. All the faculty for our branch is highly qualified. All the implementation of the course as per the guidelines of Mumbai University. All the term exams are taken on time given by MU. Our college very nicely handles the term work, practical, viva, etc.

Students are eligible for campus placement from sem 5. Many students get placed in sem 5 in companies like Cognizant, Capgemini, TCS. Last year's highest package was 12 LPA and the Average is 3 LPA almost 10-15 percent of students get placed in sem 5 and 40 Percent gets placed in last year. I am passionate about ui/ux and want to pursue a career in it.

i was passionate about engineering and circuit designing and web development and these things always increase my interest.for around 50 students we have 6 teachers for total 5 subjects and for 5 subjects there are 5 different faculties are there.for practical exams externals are called for checking. all of the faculties are ME and some of them pursued PHD. they teach very effectively. and broad-minded about mini projects. 2 sem each year for each sem there are 2 units 1 practical 1 viva 1 sem written 1 mini project presentation.a and also there are assignments.

I was aware about the teaching as some of my close ones were already in the college.There is one problem about it which is campus, you wont get a fancy and huge campus or grounds.Various sites provide a old information i wont suggest that, if possible try visiting the college personally and check out.

When I got selected through CAP round for this college, I saw reviews that said Datta Meghe College is best for civil engineering. College has long history regarding good civil engineering teachers staff. College is from 1988. Plus it shows there is good scope for BE Civil, from this college.

From 7th Sem, you become eligible for the campus. So the criteria of the companies differ but the basic and common criteria are 60% average with no live KTs. Capgemini, LTI, Accenture, TCS have strict criteria. Apart from that companies like Ugam have no criteria, so all students can apply. Most of the companies are I.T based companies. Selec is the only company which is good for Core Electronics. The highest package is an average of 7.5 L. I.T and Comps have the highest percentage of placements.

I choose computer engineering as my majors in this college. It has a very smallll infrastructure. I came to know about the faculty and academics. I like faculty members. Not very big campus. And also various fest that took place in this college apart from other college.

One of the good college in Navi Mumbai for Mechanical Engineering. As there are very few colleges in Mumbai for Mechanical Engineering. This college has experience of 32 years. Very few options available for colleges of Mechanical engineering, this college is one of oldest. Also my tuition teacher of 12th has suggested to apply for this college.
