GSSSIETW Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students will be eligible after the completion of 3rd year of Engineering for campus placements. around 80 different companies and MNCs have visited. Among them are TCS, Amazon, Myntra, Infosys, Wipro, Juniper Networks, Capgemini, Cognizant, Mindtree, VMware, and so on. Almost 85% of the students are placed in different companies. the highest offer is 20Lakhs and average is 3 Lakhs per annum packages are offered As I am placed in TCS, my plan after engineering is a job in TCS.

GSSS is very good in placements. We have companies coming in for hiring right from the 6th sem. Even in the tough times of Covid-19, many companies had conducted virtual campus hiring in GSSS. The highest package offered so far was 19LPA by Amazon and the average package is 4.5 LPA. I have been placed in DXC technology for a package of 3.6LPA and Nast technology lab for a package of 7LPA.

I'm very proud to say that our college has made the highest placements even during the pandemic time. Every student in my batch very a bit worried about placements in this situation but it was our placement officer who lifted us up and it is his constant effort that we got many companies and had a good number of offers this year. I am fortunate to have got 3 offers in spite of the pandemic. DXC technologies - 3.6lpa Accenture - 4.5lpa Fiserv - 8.5lpa We have an average package of 4.5lpa and the highest package this year being 19lpa.

I really feel blessed to be a part of this college as it has helped me achieve my goal.

Through pgcet or through management seat which cost around 108000, and uniform of 5000, have to submit all original documents and they'll return us when we finishes our Pg. I took education loan where I need quotation so they provided us.

The college doesn't allow students to wear short tops or jeans stating that the dress is exposing and causes distractions to Male lectures. The college also doesn't allow students to go home when there's no classes and students should wait till 4 in the evening to go home

I am very happy with the college that even i am also placed to a good company. College has been certified to NBA and NAAC with 'A' grade. Due to this college grade has increased its level. GSSSIETW is only for women and provided with good facilities for students.

Their is no much negative remarks except for that it is an all girls college. The food nowadays is not that good but as the management has guaranteed that it will s ok love the issue we all are anticipating optimized changes about that.

Compared to other colleges our college is a bit strict which includes the rules of arriving and leaving the college campus only at the fixed timings it's more like a school you could say. We have uniforms which is actually good as it won't be differentiating among the students.

On an overall basis I feel this is the mistake of my life. The main drawback is it is only girls College with less number of events and activities. The faculty is also a reason.
