Scholarship has been given by the ts government for fee reimbursement for the students as well as separate 5000 and nsp well given the 10k to merit students.
The faculty with good knowledge helps us to improve in our education
Placements are good in campus, well infrastructure and good modies nature in campus, and course are cse, ce, mech, eee, it, ds, aiml, etc

Dislikes

Dislike the faculty of core department.they fail to provide the more information about subject
We have no hostels around the college as we have to travel
The mobile signal is dead in the campus, which is quite frustrating

GRIET college review

Likes

Our college have a decent record in placements.
We get internships from 2nd year itself.
We have good cultural events like pragnya, pulse, spectra.

Dislikes

Parking is not good

Placement Experience:

We are eligible for campus placements from 4th semester . There are many number of companies who visit our campus like Amazon, TCS, Darwinbox, capgemini etc... The highest package offered in our college is 44 CTC from Amazon. 90% of the students get placements in our campus. I would like to get a good placement in our campus.

Gokaraju-The College (GRIET)

The thing I like the most in our college is that they encourage in all aspects of sports and allow all to participate.
Next thing is that the college scenary they grow the trees everywhere in the campus and maintain our campus clean
Placements are provided in the early years and they also provide internships for 2nd year and 3rd year students also.

Dislikes

Personally I don't like is that they won't conduct fests in our college they should conduct atleast 2 to 3 fests in an year
I don't like the way the facilities are teaching they teach well but the way I don't like as they teach if there are 2 to 3 members in the class.

Placement Experience:

Our college basically provides placements after 3rd year 1st semester. If anyone scored good in previous exams and has talent to do internship they can do it in 2nd year itself. Recently our college visited companies are gap and JP Morgan gap is providing a stipend of 35000 per month and JP Morgan is providing stipend of 75000 per month. The highest package in our college is 18LPA and average package is about 5LPA.

My Story

Likes

Good learning environment with proper faculty, they address our issues in a proper way
Even in the recession period we could some placements in our college
We can make many new connections in our college

Dislikes

It is more like a school than college very strict in college premises
Administration department is very slow in doing their works.
We cannot use mobile phone in the college if we found using them they show no mercy and take the mobile phone

Placement Experience:

Placements starts at the end of 3-2 generally you will be getting service based companies more in number and few product based companies are seen in our college average package is 4.5LPA in our college and if you are good student then you get upto 10LPA.

Likes

College atmosphere is great and the faculty is nice
Opportunities to reach our goal are high.

Dislikes

Not many events are happening and the timings of classes

Our college is also providing campus placements and from fourth year onwards we get our placement opportunities and internships are higher and nice.many companies like Google, amazon hcl etc are giving opportunities for placement

Griet is place for dreamers and dream companies

Likes

The discipline in the college, the placements in the college , the faculty and advanced infrastructure and the campus size.
There are many clubs in the college that help stunents to participate in many events and imporving soft skills , leaderships skills etc are groomed.
The faculty is very good they provide very good assistance in career paths and also to the students who are aiming to go to masters by helping them LORs and publising of research papers and more .

Dislikes

I did not like the strictness of the college , the college is very strict , it does not give enough freedom to student which is very suffocating.
I did not like the management staff , the stuff works so late and the works take so much time to complete .
I didnt like the canteen there. , the food is very costly and not very good in quality.

Placement Experience:

The college provdies so many opurtunities so students for getting placements. First they start placement training in 2nd year itself buy the end of 3rd year the trainiing will be completed for every stundet of that batch. Once the training is over, the college calls many compaines for placment drive . I was placed for 6.5 lpa offer. The average offer would be 5lpa in our college. almost 100% placements are provided in our college evry year. But this due to reccsiiosn and bad job market only 60% placements are completed for now , more 2 months to end the year. My plans are joining the job i got now , later afetr 2 years doing masters .

Griet the Good college of Nizampet

The faculty in Griet are good and supportive
The placements in Griet are decent and above average
The connectivity to the city is very good aspect of Griet

Dislikes

The Discipline is very utmost thing to obey
There is strict action if you fail to obey Dress code
The Minimum attendance percentage is 75 percentage

The placements in Griet are decent, the placements in Griet start from 3 2 semester. And Good number of companies visit Griet. Big Mncs like Micron, Infosys, IBM, Tcs, Accenture visit Griet. The highest package recently was 55lpa and average package is around 5-6 lpa. So in terms of placement it is decent

There are lot of events in these colleges
100% placement and they will provide training for placement

Placement Experience:

If your are cleared all backlogs you will get 100% placement, once your not clear you will have an opportunity outside the campus but you need to learn skills and communication skills also and college name should play role in your resume

Out look of GRIET

Likes

Infrastructure and the maintaince of the campus.
The faculty are super cool to explain the doubts.
The on campus placements are good.Top companies like amazon,google visit our campus

Dislikes

The college is prohibited the usage of phone in the campus.
The security are so strict then the campus management.
There is a different canteen for girls and boys.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement are good in our college.From Btech 3rd year sem 2 students become eligible for campus placements.Companies like amazon, google, accenture visited our college.The highest package us about 44 lakhs and average package is 8 lakhs .Minimum 8 CGPA is required to get campus placements.My plan is built a house for my parents and myself to be a independent women and earn money.

I like the infrastructure of my college.
They maintain the campus very well and clean
College canteen food tastes better and good

Dislikes

Boys and girls are separated in the canteen
Most of the fests involves technical events rather than non technical events
I hate the safari batch they don’t allow us to use the mobile in the canteen

Course Curriculum Overview:

Aspects that influenced my decision to choose this course is my Intrest in leaning coding.curriculum prepares me for real world problems like nowadays people are more addicted to games like freefire and pubg etc those are designated by the programmers.I hope to change the faculty.

BE AWARE OF GRIET

Likes

Faculty and Lab facilities are good in our Electrical and Electronics Engineering branch.
There is cricket ground, football ground, basketball ground available for students.
Canteen is available with many delicious foods present that we can try

Dislikes

Internet facility is not that much good as when we work for our projects and other scientific research papers browsing.
We can play in college only after 2pm in afternoon and have to leave after our college hours.
In the rainy season, there will be a lot of insects and other creatures present on the trees, ground

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the college, the curriculum is friendly in nature to students. A lot of academic related activities will be done in college premises. Teachers will teach subjects through ppts and animation videos for complex concepts. There will 2 mid exams in a sem, one internal lab exam and external theory , lab exams.

GRIET Hyderabad has been ranked 172 in the Engineering category in NIRF by MHRD. College regularly organises FDP for the students of different departments to provide them with better knowledge. GRIET also provides consultancy to the Government and industries through R & D centres. The faculties are highly educated with good academic backgrounds.

Courses:

GRIET offers B.Tech in degree Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering (CE), Information Technology (IT), Mechanical Engineering (ME), computer science & Business system and CSE.
M.Tech degree is offered in design for manufacturing, power electronics, VLSI, Computer science & engineering, structural engineering and data science.

Admissions:

70% of the seats in B.Tech are allotted on merit basis while remaining seats are allotted to the management/NRI candidates.
Admission is given to any Engineering college in Andhra Pradesh through a common entrance test (EAMCET). Tuition fees for 1 year of B.Tech programme are 1.22 lakhs.
For admission in M.Tech programmes, candidates must have a B.E. or B.Tech degree with minimum 55% aggregate and a valid score of GATE or PGECET.
Total tuition fees for the M.Tech programme is 1.14 lakh.

Infrastructure:

GRIET campus comprises a huge library, laboratories, water plant, solar water plant, canteen, classrooms and sports area. Computer labs are equipped with highly advanced software.

Placements:

The previous year, a total of 834 students from all the departments got placement from the college.
More than 100 students were placed with CTC above 6 lakh.
Famous companies which recruited the students of GRIET were Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, CISCO, Byju’s and many more. Highest salary package received by the students of GRIET was 41.6 lakh.

Many events are organised at the college like Spirals, Spices, X-Kernel, Quizzicals, Rhythms, Pragnya, PULSE, etc. GRIET has organised Hackathon Competition in association with Technology & innovation cell to inculcate the values of innovations and to promote technological advances. There are also various clubs that students can take part in like Gaming Club, and Robotic club.
