Scholarship has been given by the ts government for fee reimbursement for the students as well as separate 5000 and nsp well given the 10k to merit students.
The faculty with good knowledge helps us to improve in our education
Placements are good in campus, well infrastructure and good modies nature in campus, and course are cse, ce, mech, eee, it, ds, aiml, etc

Dislikes

Dislike the faculty of core department.they fail to provide the more information about subject
We have no hostels around the college as we have to travel
The mobile signal is dead in the campus, which is quite frustrating

The thing I liked in my college is Good infrastructure
The thing I liked in my college is good teaching techniques

The thing I disliked in my college is percentage of attendance for exams
I think I disliked my colleges it is on hill

Placement Experience:

The placements at my college are also very good and they offer many internships for students. Almost 94% of students will be placed every year. Package of my college 44 lakhs and least package is 3 lakhs.

There are good placements in our college the companies like Accenture Infosys TCS visit our college during our placements the highest package in our colleges part 4 lakhs per annum and the average package 6 lakhs per aana 99% of the students get placed in our college regularly

Nothing that I dislikes untill now. it is a great campus

Placement Experience:

The campus placement in our college was excellent. our seniors got very good placements and in 3rd year itself, many students got internships at good companies. Around 70 per cent of the students got campus placement.

Likes

college time which is only 6 hours every day
have a good environment with surrounded with trees
college is on top of a hill we will have to walk

Dislikes

we have no hostels around the college as we have to travel
we have bad mobile signal in campus is is difficult
do not give time for sports as no time is given

we have good placements and the average package is around 700000. companies like Amazon, TCS, Infosys, cisco, IBM, Invesco, jsw, and more. the highest package is around 44 lakhs. most of them get placed in one or the other company.

The main thing is the college infrastructure.
There are many clubs and organizations which give encouragement.
The faculty of most of the subjects are very good.

Dislikes

The facilities for additional learning are not up to the mark
The college doesnt give holidays and has lot of working days
The college has no particular uniform for the students.

Placement Experience:

The placements in our college are very decent. The average college placement is around 4 to 6 lakhs. Last year the highest package placement was around 45lakhs the company offered it was by Amazon company.

The campus is very good with lots of greenery.
The infrastructre is very good. All the facilities are very good.
The faculty are decent enough. I feel they are way better than rest.

Dislikes

I didn't like the managment a bit as we have very less no.of holidays.
the time table and shedule of exams is very tight and hectic.
some of the faculty are too average they cant explain the topics well

Placement Experience:

The campus placements in our college are decent. The seniors got placed in most of the top companies. The highest package was around 45 lakhs per annum. The average all of the Computer students were placed.

Things i like in the college are Events conducted by the college body
Infrastructure of the college was nice. I liked it very well
We have vast are to play the sports in our college.

Dislikes

The college timings are too early .we need to start early in mornings.
The Indoor sports room was small only few games are there

GRIET COLLEGE LIFE

Likes

I mostly like everything in our college like faculty.
The infrastructure of our college is so unique.It is different from other college.
The sports are very good.Our college also conducts inter college sports events.

Dislikes

The events are not conducted on big scale.Mostlt repeated events.
There is no seperate ground for cricket and football.
There are low extra curricular activities mainly focused on studies

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have choosen CSE course as there is a high demand for this course. The faculty members are very supportive and encourages the students. They encourage every student.The faculty members are almost PhD completed graduates.Most of the faculty members have doctarates.

I liked the infrastructure which is awesome.
The library with best features and the library is big.
The placement training which is also awesome.

Dislikes

They not allow to particepate in many events.
lunch timings of second year which is two early that is 11:20am
sports facilities should be improved in college.

Placement Experience:

The placement training starts from the second year where on merit tests in coding they are divided into service and product batch. The placement training is given by industry experts. They provide excellent training where in a week one day there are only placement training classes.

GRIET Hyderabad has been ranked 172 in the Engineering category in NIRF by MHRD. College regularly organises FDP for the students of different departments to provide them with better knowledge. GRIET also provides consultancy to the Government and industries through R & D centres. The faculties are highly educated with good academic backgrounds.

Courses:

GRIET offers B.Tech in degree Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering (CE), Information Technology (IT), Mechanical Engineering (ME), computer science & Business system and CSE.
M.Tech degree is offered in design for manufacturing, power electronics, VLSI, Computer science & engineering, structural engineering and data science.

Admissions:

70% of the seats in B.Tech are allotted on merit basis while remaining seats are allotted to the management/NRI candidates.
Admission is given to any Engineering college in Andhra Pradesh through a common entrance test (EAMCET). Tuition fees for 1 year of B.Tech programme are 1.22 lakhs.
For admission in M.Tech programmes, candidates must have a B.E. or B.Tech degree with minimum 55% aggregate and a valid score of GATE or PGECET.
Total tuition fees for the M.Tech programme is 1.14 lakh.

Infrastructure:

GRIET campus comprises a huge library, laboratories, water plant, solar water plant, canteen, classrooms and sports area. Computer labs are equipped with highly advanced software.

Placements:

The previous year, a total of 834 students from all the departments got placement from the college.
More than 100 students were placed with CTC above 6 lakh.
Famous companies which recruited the students of GRIET were Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, CISCO, Byju’s and many more. Highest salary package received by the students of GRIET was 41.6 lakh.

Many events are organised at the college like Spirals, Spices, X-Kernel, Quizzicals, Rhythms, Pragnya, PULSE, etc. GRIET has organised Hackathon Competition in association with Technology & innovation cell to inculcate the values of innovations and to promote technological advances. There are also various clubs that students can take part in like Gaming Club, and Robotic club.
