IEM Kolkata (IEM Saltlake) Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I have qualified WBJEE-2015 and got Rank 4563. I choose this college because it is counted in top 5 colleges of west bengal.Institute of engineering and management iem is one of the best collage for students .

WBJEE-( rank 2286), Yes i was with all the options open to me. But my papa's dream of myself as a mechanical engineer made me to opt for this branch.

Well I will not say that I miss my college days. The placement cell is fantastic and rest of the things are like any other high school,college.

IEM is a highly reputed college and one can understand why it is so when he,she is admitted in the college. The building does not look very impressive neither do we have the opportunity to sit in air conditioned class rooms. But we learnt things in here what would help in future days. We learnt technology. We learnt discipline. We got a family consisting of a large number of students a big number of faculty members and the non-teaching-staffs. I am really grateful to the college management to gift me such a life.

My college very bad things when a students not attended on 80% class the management not appeared on exam.

I gave the state level entrance exam WBJEE and I ranked 1590. IEM ranks as top of all the private colleges of West bengal. So I opted for it.

Actually a good college. Makes u strong and durable for the outside world.

As mentioned ealier best part of this college is teaching faculty,placements and college lacks in infrastructure.

Management was one depatment that IEM was very good at on every department. The virtues like discupline diligence and punctuality were injected into us in such a way that it helped us to build a strong career path in near future.
