Likes

Scholarships like mptassc and etc helps students for some affordings.
The faculty and staff of chemical department is very nice and friendly with students , and the laboratory of my department is also good so i learnt many of the things that a chemical engineer should know about
These are accessible easily the infracture greenry and sports facilty will catch anyone's eye clubs like hindisamiti and bandish are very active and keep organising great events frequenty.

Dislikes

They are also not providing hostel for 2nd and 3rd year student that's make me so much disappointed.
The placement for core branches is very poor .there are many students suffering from unemployment.
No as such annual fest are conducted and overall college life is dead in this college if different clubs even try to arrange some fest college authorities does not support at all.

Recently our college mits gwalior has create a new academic block for Ai students which has very good infrastructure and provides us very good facilities.
In the year 2024 mits has built a new academic block which provides students very good labs facilities and high performance computers labs. And the computers in the lab is damm awesome .
Programming teachers are highly educated and very helpful towards students

Dislikes

College has little bit attendance issues
Even after government college fees is high

Placement Experience:

Lets talk about placemats of the college. Placements of this college is not to good only 60-70% of students is placed to average package of 4-5lpa. According to me which is not good . You have to try off campus placements.

I liked the campus, infrastructure, and sports facility of the college.
The cricket ground is big and well managed. There is an ample amount of resources for any one who wants to play any sport. The clubs are also very active and well managed.
The faculty supports a student to work on his/her max potential and make the most out of it. The college is academically pretty good.

Dislikes

the clubs and societies are very active but are not funded by the college.
there is only one ground for both cricket and football.
The college is strict for attendance. minimum of 75% attendance is required.

Placement Experience:

students can take placements in there 7th and 8th semester companies like indiamart and volvo offer 400000-500000 for the students average package is about 400000 and highest package is 2900000 60% students get placed and the rest are seen to prepare for govt jobs , some of them choose entrpreneurship etc I'll be looking forward to placements

My Honest Take on MITS

Course subjects are updated .I have talked to my friends who are in other colleges ,there is curriculum is comparatively outdated

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was interested in technical aspects of engineering and as you know IT sector is on a boom,this was the reason i enrolled in it.For now, im satisfied with the curriculum because it feels fresh and updated.Frequency of exams and irrelevant things is something i dont like.

Mits review

The Ai courses are too good and the Ai building is also amazing, Also the seminar halls of all departments are in very good condition.
Here you get almost all branches of engineering including chemical engineering
The curriculum is so good that any student can adjust in it.

Dislikes

The classes can be taken at any holiday like Saturday and Sunday just by giving notice on the college group.
Small grounds for games and not so much activities happen for the sports.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester the students are eligible for sitting in campus placements. Almost 80 companies visited in our college and almost 500 offers are made. Highest package is around 23 lpa and average package is 5.6 lpa. Almost 90% students gets placed based on their skills in the required field.

College campus is beautiful and very big in compared to other.
Teachers and staff are very supportive. They helped a lot.
A big library, A cricket ground, A basketball court,

Dislikes

75% attendance is compulsory that is a reason for we can't explore other things.
Fest and function are not on a very big leval.
Club event are regularly happen but because of attendance issue we can not reach there.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are good, Avg placement is for IT branches are 7.5 lakh and of civil like beaches it is 5.5 lakh something, Highest package that is offered to our college student is 1 crore off campus.

our yearly fee is very highas compair to other state engineering collage
hostels are only for 1st year stutents for boyes

our curicullam is good in the curriculam faculty teach us about different langauges of coding and their use in the real world they also teach about NEC novel engineering cources and the timing of the exam and the difficulty level is modarate means normal iq student is able to do very well in the exam

Class are well maintained and they give us best facility
College teacher helps us in grow our software skills and real life skills

Not enough fest that happens or no all night fest
Class does not have AC in it which is difficult in summer
College fees is quite expensive which might not be suitable for others

College infrastructure is best in all of mp govt engineering college
This college has just got the status of deemed to be university
College faculty gives great real life skill knowledge

Dislikes

No night fest due to local public and not enough fest
Not enough opportunities in sports as national or state level
Campus size should have been more in like 70 orn80 acre instead of 50 acre

Course Curriculum Overview:

Me course that is EEIOT is a cousre in internet of things which is a like a specialized course in ECE and IT and CSE and you get to work with sensor very closely and whilt working you work on sensor you also get to program in many language while helps you to grow your knowledge in coding

Teaching faculty also best.and teacher are free and calm for providing any helpto

Dislikes

The fees taken by the college are to much which are harder to pay by the poor family students.
Some teachers are not delivered the best content of the syllabus.
Hostel facility after the 2nd year are not provided by the college.
